Welcome to Rich’s Beach Bungalow, a 2-bedroom, 1-bath home located right on the boardwalk in Mission Beach!

Some neighborhoods are just special, and this is one of them. Step out onto your private rooftop balcony and enjoy sunsets, the sound of the waves, and the fresh ocean air. This second-floor condo is part of an eight-unit complex, just two blocks north of Belmont Park, and includes a private rooftop deck with BBQ and seating—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.

Just walk down the stairs and across the boardwalk, and your toes are in the sand! Watch all the activity on the boardwalk or join in yourself. The open California-style kitchen is fully equipped for dining at home.

Sleeping accommodations include:
• Master Bedroom: Queen bed with a view
• Second Bedroom: Two twin beds
• Living Room: Queen sofa sleeper

The shared bathroom features a shower/tub combo. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the unit.

Beach accessories are included: 2 beach cruiser bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and cooler.

Air conditioning is available for an additional fee; please contact us to reserve.

This location is hard to beat! Just minutes from SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town, Belmont Park, Seaport Village, downtown’s Gaslamp Quarter, the Convention Center, and Petco Park. Enjoy all that San Diego has to offer, including unbeatable weather, beaches, and attractions.

Take a ride on the bikes or stroll down the boardwalk for restaurants and shopping!
Guests have access to the private rooftop deck, BBQ and seating.

We pride ourselves on personalized hospitality, reliability, and quality. Our team is available 7 days a week, 10am–6pm PST, and after hours for emergencies to ensure you feel prepared, informed, and at ease during your stay.

• Booking Process: After booking, you must complete our electronic rental agreement and an identity verification to access your guest portal. Check-in details, including a custom door code and property information, are available in the portal after all requirements are completed.
• Seasonal Policies: We have minimum stay requirements that vary by season.
Summer (Memorial Day–Labor Day): 5 night minimum, no arrivals on July 4th (Independence Day)
Holidays: 5-night minimum. A single reservation cannot span both Christmas and New Year's unless it is 14+ nights. No arrivals/departures on Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is 3 p.m. (4 p.m. in summer). Check-out is 11 a.m.
• Property Note: This is a privately owned vacation home. Furnishings and decor may occasionally be updated and differ slightly from the photos.
• Pet Policy: Pets are NOT permitted.
• Rate Policy: Rates fluctuate daily. Pricing at the time of booking is the confirmed rate.
• Age Policy: We typically do not rent to guests under 25 or to large groups. Please contact us prior to booking if your group requires an exception.
• Climate Control: The condo does not have central A/C. There are heaters for cooler evenings and that wonderful ocean breeze with open windows and door! Portable a/c units are available at an additional cost. Please contact us to reserve.
• Beach Gear Provided: We provide a variety of beach accessories, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and bikes!
• Starter Kit: We provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and detergents. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are also included.
• Traveling with Children: Baby equipment, including a pack ‘n play, high chair, and crib, is available to rent at an additional cost for your convenience. Please inquire for details.

We recommend a car for navigating San Diego, but public transportation is just a couple blocks away. If you`re planning to stay put in Pacific Beach, there is no need for cars! Just ride our provided bikes or walk the neighborhood.
