Enjoy beautiful stay in the furnished room with a private bath. Private entrance and patio. Hardwood floor, queen size sofa bed, refrigerator, microwave electric teapot, office table with a chair, two closets and no kitchen.
Convenient location : Close to UCSD, 10 minute drive to La Jolla shores beach and Down town La Jolla, shopping center; easy access to Highways 52, 5, 15, 805; 4 min drive to a beautiful contemporary Westfield UTC Shopping Mall, restaurants and movie theater.

Please note: There is a small dog that resides in the main house so there may be barking heard as you come in and out.
The room is attached to the town house so please be mindful to keep a quiet environment because the walls are thin.

Anya is a great host—she was incredibly responsive before and during the stay and made sure every detail was handled. My father visited us in San Diego and had a wonderfully comfortable and smooth stay. The accommodation was great, and Anya's professionalism and kindness made the whole experience excellent. Adequate

It is a room with a private bath. It’s clean. It’s a nice, safe community. You enter through a sliding glass door and there are no other windows. There was a fan to circulate the air at night. I left early in the morning and came back around 9 so it was adequate for what I wanted, a place to sleep.

Nice quiet place comfortable bed. Used my laptop to watch Netflex because no TV which I didn't need, I would come back in the future.

Unable to open the door

I did not stay there. The combination lock on the front door was inoperable. I tried unsuccessfully at least 20 times to open it. The owner's teenage daughter arrived and tried too, and after several attempts she was able to open it. But I never could, and without her standing at that door at all times to open and close it whenever I needed to go in and out, which was of course not an option, I accepted the reality I could not stay ther. So I left and got lodging elsewhere.

Really close to UCSD La Jolla! It’s super cheap and easy to get a lyft ride over and doesn’t take long. Room is nice and quiet and the bed is comfy. Separate entrance to room is great. Ana was really nice and accommodating. Also water pressure is great in the shower. Didn’t get to see the pool, because was there for work- but great amenity to have. Would definitely recommend if in the area. Thanks for the stay!

Very nice condo room

I liked the neighborhood very much. It was quiet and comfortable. I had some problems using the door code to get in, but the occupant in the other part of the condo helped me. I missed having a coffee maker available. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Good location, bad nights sleep

Overall it was a good location but the pull out bed was not comfortable even with the mattress topper. It also squeaked every time you move. The sliding door was also very loud and squeaky.

Great place to stay while visiting UCSD.

Rental was perfect while visiting my daughter at UCSD. Great communication with owner. Quiet (especially at night) immaculately clean, and safe. Easy access to all La Jolla has to offer -UCSD, La Jolla shores, Prospect district all just a few miles away. Thank you. We will visit again.
