🏊🛁♨️ - There is an additional pool fee ($200) / spa ($75) heating, charged per day. Please be advised that the heat pumps have built-in timers or thermostats that turn off the heater when the desired temperature is reached or if not in use to prevent damage or safety hazards. Let us know if you need it on again.

🙋🏻‍♂️🙋🏻‍♀️ - There is an additional guest fee of $20 per guest, per night after the 8th guest.

🐶🐱 - Your fur babies are very much welcome! Pet fee is $250 per reservation, covering up to two pets. This fee does not include the removal of excessive pet hair from furniture or poop clean-up. Please remember to add your pet to the number of guests, and the fee will be automatically applied.

🤝 - Airbnb at times will restrict who can travel and stay at certain listings. If for some reason Airbnb is not allowing you to book, please contact Airbnb support.

San Diego Vacation

The property was nice and the view was terrific. I don't think the property was too well suited for kids because the games were extremely limited. We purchased some board games to play because the first two days of our stay it rained. The pool was very disappointing. It was very small and was slow to heat. But over-all we had a good time.
