The location made it easy to get around to many of the local attractions. Be prepared to practice your parallel parking skills in the back between the garbage cans. A smaller car is a plus due to the size of the parking space.The pictures of the sight are pretty accurate however the carpet and couch could use an update. Adding more silverware, plates, and cups would be a nice touch.I didn't notice in the ad any mention that the room was located on the second floor. This addition would be helpful for those with mobility issues. Mentioning that the whole area is under the flight plan of the airport would have been nice as well.The hosts were wonderful. Communication was quick and excellent.

Very nice stay! Nice safe area! Accessible to many great areas of San Diego! Ocean Beach is minutes away. Communication was also five star!

Good location

The apartment is good size. The bed is really comfortable. There are enough basic supplies to cook a basic meal. Nothing fancy. The couch is comfy as is the reclining chair. Good water pressure in the shower. Good place to stay for the price. Washer and dryer downstairs. The location was great for our purposes. Lots of restaurants that deliver nearby. TV works great but a little challenging because I was not familiar with the TV. A folder with menus and directions for TV and location of washing machine would have been helpful. Owner is very responsive. The buildings are a little older and the walkways around the apartment are uneven. The stairwell is narrow. There is also a shelf right above the handrail in the middle of the stairs. My 87 y.o. mother struggled to hold on and not hit her head. The parking is behind the building and requires parallel parking between trashcans when I was there. There were minimal linens but a few blankets extra.

We love OB and try to stay here a couple times a year. This property is only a 5 min Uber ride to the beach. Fairly priced.
