The living room is perfect for whatever kind of night you're in the mood for—watching a game, getting competitive over board games, or jumping into a nostalgic Super Mario battle on the Nintendo. There’s even a full-size Pacman arcade in the garage for bonus fun!

The kitchen’s got you covered. It’s fully stocked with everything you need to whip up meals, snacks, or even just your morning coffee. Each bedroom has its own smart TV with streaming access, comfy beds, and stylish touches that make winding down easy.

Step outside and you’ll find the real magic. The saltwater pool (yep, it can be heated to 82°!) is perfect for swimming year-round under the San Diego sun. Chill under the palm trees, grill up something tasty on the BBQ, or unwind after dark with the custom lighting setting the mood. The whole backyard is private and fenced—great for relaxing, entertaining, or letting the kids run around.

You’ll have the whole place to yourself—including the garage, gym, awesome outdoor spaces, pool, and laundry area. Everything is just for you to enjoy.

Other things to note:
• We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.
• The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
• Hosting an event? Let us know in advance—approval and extra fees apply.
• Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150/day minimum (based on current SDGE rates so please inquire about pricing prior to booking). Jacuzzi heating is always free
• A $100 pet fee per pet applies (up to 2 small dogs) to cover deep cleaning after checkout.
• After 8 guests, there’s a $50 per night fee for each additional guest.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead and depends on our cleaning schedule.
• Loud music is not allowed on the property especially after 6:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors, and quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels down during these times. Failure to do so will result in a $500 fine and/or immediately removal from the property.
