You may smoke ONLY outside of the house. Please do not smoke inside the house. Smoking fee is $300. If you have pets, please look after them and pick up after them. $150 extra cleaning fee if excessive cleaning due to pet hairs or left overs left behind. $250 fee if tv remotes are missing. $150 fee if keys are missing. And most of all, please respect our home!

Lastly trash day is every Friday morning, Recycling is every other Friday, so don't forget to bring the trash to the curb night before if you need to get rid of any trash!
