The space
Our spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house is perfect for families or groups visiting San Diego. With 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 on the main floor, you'll find plenty of space with 2 queen beds,4 full bed plus 3 sofa beds.sofa bed will become to full size bed,total 9 beds,sleep up tp 18 peoples.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need—from a refrigerator and stove to a coffee maker, rice cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher,blender,Toaster, Electric Water Broiler, Pots & Pans, Dishes, bowl,Cups，Utensils and more. Stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout the house, and keep comfortable with central heating and A/C.

For added convenience, we provide extra towels, linens, basic toiletries, and laundry facilities, including a full-sized washer and dryer. You’ll also have 2 dedicated parking spots in the driveway, plus street parking and garage access.

Had a lovely time here!!! The house was beautiful and clean with lots of space and so much to do! Everything was easy to find, and even with a larger group, we had no problems figuring out sleeping arrangements. Lan was also very straightforward about the house rules, and they were very easy to follow!! If I need another Vrbo in the area in the future, I would LOVE to come back!

Great house, but…..

We chose this property because it slept a lot of people, and it COULD sleep 18 quite comfortably. However, there were only 6 bath towels and 8 coffee cups. And there was only bedding for one of the fold outs. We had 13 people, and luckily I had brought bedding that was used on one of the fold outs, so we were ok. We did have to run to the nearby Target to buy towels so we could all shower, and disposable coffee cups so we could have coffee. Not something I thought I’d need to do staying in a VRBO. I mentioned only the cups in the kitchen, but also there were no sharp knives. Kitchen was not well stocked at all. A few little hiccups, but overall, the house worked for us and our large group.

Not as expected

I don't normally leave reviews but feel like I need to for this. This was probably one of the most conflicting of good and bad experiences with a VRBO I have ever had. We had a group of 10 people staying and upon opening the door, the entire house was damp/mildewy. We opened ADDITIONAL doors and windows to air it out. For context, it was not humid nor overly wet the days we were here, late february - early march. The beds were not comfortable, either stiff as a cot or springs so prevalent it felt like being stabbed all night. There were also certain things that were already broken in the home that had not been replaced. Such as the metal rod holding the toilet paper on the first floor. Slight touch and the 'arm' would fall off. The location was great and ideal for the activities we had planned and the check in / check out process was easy. However, afterwards, we were charged 200 which was negotiated down to 100 for blinds that were 'shattered and unusable' but were mostly just nicked, which was not caused by us. They also provided evidence of other 'damages' or issues that could not have stemmed from us. Such as black stained towels when we didn't wash them before we left since the check out instructions didn't include them. Or damaged doors/walls but could not provide specific evidence these weren't damaged before we stayed. If you decide to stay here, make note of the stuff I mentioned and take photo and video evidence the moment you get inside, of the ENTIRE home.
