Amazing ocean view and easy beach access. My home is detached and gated-- away from crowds or shared spaces--giving you the opportunity to be safe and relaxed while taking in a stunning ocean view.

- Narrow Garage Entry -- accessed through alley (not front of house)
- Also a pedestrian gate that you access through the alley

Lovely beach home

This is a lovely beach house right on the beach! First of all, this is the best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in, everything you could possibly want or need is available. Very comfortable, lots of extra linens. Beautiful views, front and back. Good location, lots of things within walking distance, and close to the freeways. Absolutely delightful place to stay.

Amazzzing stay

This place was incredible! Beverly really knows how to be an amazing Vrbo host! You can tell she put intention into making this place perfect - Fully stocked, instructions everywhere, easy check-in and check-out. This place was run beautifully. Amazing location, incredible views, steps to the beach, VERY comfortable beds, great water pressure, everything was spotless. Clean, easy and incredible comfortable. We will definitely be back! Amazing Amazing OB apartment

I cannot say enough good things about this rental. Location is amazing. View is amazing. Normally I’m excited to get home to my own bed but the beds, bedding and pillows were phenomenal. The most comfy cozy bed ever! The host has absolutely everything labeled and the house is stocked with everything you need. Again I cannot say enough what a treasure this home is. Will absolutely stay again.

Best Beach House in OB

This place is absolutely wonderful. Has everything you need to enjoy your days on the beach. Which is steps away. Nice balcony to enjoy your morning coffee with views of the beach and sounds of the waves. Beverly is an outstanding host. She has thought of everything one may need for any length of stay. Never had to wait for her to respond to any of my questions. Was very clean and well stocked. It was my pleasure to rent from her. Cant wait to stay again!!!

Amazing Condo!

Thank you Bev for such an amazing vacation! This condo was so clean and cute and was perfect for our family of 5, which included our 3 kids ages 19-22. The beds were comfortable, the views were amazing, there was an entire huge storage bin full of beach supplies, and it was so quiet at night so we slept perfectly. Bev always responded promptly to any questions we had. I literally can’t think of a negative thing to say about this place. We cannot wait to come back and visit again!!

Cute spot with a great view

My family stayed here for our summer trip. Loved how close we were to the beach and getting to see the SeaWorld fireworks every night was a bonus. Our one down side is the garage is short as mentioned in the listing but we were hoping our vehicle would fit. Some nights were harder to find parking on the street than others but over all we enjoyed our stay.

Didn’t want to leave!

Extraordinary! This is by far the best Vrbo house I’ve ever stayed in. Husband and I rented with another couple for 4 days and it lived up to every hope and then some. The host has thought of everything and I was amazed at all the little extras that she put into making the house the best it can be. Clean, clean, clean, and the photos are exactly what you get. You are that close to the beach! We sat out all morning and watched the surfers, yogis, and doggies. Beverly got it right! Kudos to her!

Awesome property at Ocean Beach

This is a wonderful, very clean & comfortable home with stunning views of Ocean Beach. You can sit inside or outside on the open air balcony and watch the surfers or volleyball games, and eat at your choice of authentic local restaurants just a few blocks away. Ocean Beach is an eclectic area with a lot of local charm. Owner was communicative and nice, and the property was secure and offered a lot of choices of both indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as beach gear if you want to spend your days on the beach (which is literal steps away from your front door). We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Amazing!!

Everything about this place and it’s owner, Beverly, is amazing! Amazing location and amazing views. Steps from the beach or watch the sunsets from the living room or outside patio. Close to restaurants and shopping, all with in walking distance. Definitely staying here again, can’t wait to come back!

OB soccer getaway

We traveled to California for my son’s soccer E64 Nationals. We decided to extend our stay in O.B. This place was awesome! It had it all, exactly as listed! Great central location, views and all amenities. Felt like a home away from home. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend.

Absolutely stunning property

Beverly is a woman after my own ocd cleanliness heart! She has made this home so perfect and comfortable for visitors. Everything is labeled and has a place and there is nothing that you will need that she hasn’t already thought of. Tons of hangers to hang all clothes, hampers, and drawer space. This is a big deal for me as I like to fully unpack when I stay somewhere. As a side note we were able to fit a full size suv and a standard sized hatchback in the tandem garage. The view from the living room and desk are gorgeous and the quick walk to the beach was perfect. It was nice to have access to beach toys, chairs and boogie boards as well. One of my favorite things to do in SD is go to dog beach and watch the dogs play in the water. A quick 3 min walk and you’re there. I highly recommend this property.

Spectacular Ocean Beach Views

The location of this rental is in Ocean Beach which is a more eclectic part of San Diego. The location is within walking distance of exceptional restaurants and shops. There happened to a Farmer's Market on Wednesday night which added to the "laid back" flavor of the town. Two of the restaurants we would recommend are Hodad;s and Blue Water OB. This rental has a picture window of the ocean/beach which was spectacular. There is also a deck through sliders of the same view available to sit out, hear the ocean, watch the many surfers, and watch beautiful sunsets. There is nothing lacking. The host has taken steps to take care of all your needs during your stay. The cleanliness and organization was beyond our expectations and our standards are high and typically hard to meet. Everything is labeled and directions are available when needed. There are many amenities cutting back on the things you need to bring/purchase. This rental comes highly recommended.

Perfect Location

Our family just got done with a wonderful 9-night stay in OB. The apartment is as advertised. The view of the ocean from the apartment is one of its nicest features, very peaceful and soothing. Was nice to be able to walk to the beach barefoot and have the apt. so close to return to. The garage parking was very convenient, but it is for smaller cars. We had to get ahold of the owner once, and Beverly responded immediately which was a great help. Beverly is friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed having her as a host. Lots of beach toys and chairs including boogie boards are provided. The location is within walking distance of Newport Ave which is the main street on OB with lots of shops and restaurants. Plus, there is a nice coffee shop just around the corner. Very easy to walk out on the pier. The airplane noise did not bother any of us. Ocean Beach "OB" is a beach community that has had the same "Vibe" for many years. Great place to vacation! Would enjoy staying at Beverly's place again someday.

Great Stay

I had a great experience staying here. The place was clean, looked exactly like the photos, and right by the beach. Beverly has done a great job setting up a great home and experience for guests. Everything was very well thought out (from the check-in process, extra beach equipment to use, airplay enabled TVs, board games, washer/dryer with detergent, etc.). Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Beverly for opening up your home!!
