    Perfectamente situado en la arena, este Water Front Oasis es ideal para un retiro relajante en la playa. ¡Esta hermosa casa de vacaciones de 2 pisos con 3 dormitorios y 3 baños se encuentra en el segundo y tercer piso (con su propia entrada principal exterior desde el nivel del suelo) que ofrece impresionantes vistas de agua para hasta 10 invitados! ¡Los puntos destacados destacados incluyen aire acondicionado, 3 balcones al aire libre, cocina gourmet y 2 niveles de hermosa fachada de agua!

    DISEÑO INTERIOR
    Entra en este maravilloso retiro de playa y te sorprenderán los detalles y las actualizaciones de los diseñadores. El segundo piso es la sala de estar principal y cuenta con ventanas de piso a techo que aprovechan las vistas al agua y proporcionan la máxima exposición al sol. Disfrute de la cocina gourmet fabulosamente renovada que cuenta con gabinetes de alta gama y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de primera línea. Fantástico plano abierto con cocina abierta al área de comedor para 6 personas y también a la espaciosa sala de estar. También hay un dormitorio con balcón privado y baño completo con encimeras de granito e iluminación empotrada.

    En el tercer piso encontrará lujosas Master Suites dobles con vestidores que cuentan con pisos de tablones de cedro. Ambas suites principales también tienen baños privados, cada una con elegantes tocadores, lavabos de lujo, azulejos de piedra y bañeras de hidromasaje. La Master Suite ubicada en el lado oeste de la casa cuenta con un balcón privado y TV de pantalla plana, mientras que la Master Suite del este da a las increíbles vistas de la bahía y la playa. Una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo completa el tercer piso.

It was wonderful being so close to the bay for our grandchildren. The condo is conveniently located to Belmont park and restaurants but just far enough away to be peaceful at night.

Great Stay! Greta Location!

This was a great place to stay and had everything we needed! Communication from SurfStyle was excellent and all important information was given to us before our stay. Location was perfect; right on the bay side but a 5 minute walk to the ocean side. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay. The condo was in a great location, roomy and very clean. Plenty of towels and chairs for the beach. Kitchen had the basics and dishes and glassware were beautiful. Plenty of room for family to spread out and also enough room to gather together.

Beach Paradise

Beautiful view of the harbor area and steps away from the beach. It's a fun place to stay and can accommodate lots of people. The AC units worked great and were quite necessary during our stay. I would highly recommend!

Very bad experience. Stay away. Pictures were very misleading. No decent parking, back alley was very narrow. Not handicapped accessible.

❤️ the space and location

Had a wonderful stay at the Waterfront 1 townhouse. It had enough room for 10 people, beautiful views, great condition, and easy walking everywhere. The managers were easy to communicate with and suggested smaller cars, glad we took their advise because it is tight. But still 5 stars overall experience.

Relaxing Visit

The management made arrival and checkout easy and instructions were clear. The home was fantastic for our group of 8, had a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, extra blankets, and tvs most every room. The water views were the highlight. Only issue was parking gate not closing, but sounds like that may be an issue with the building manager. But still a great stay.

A Fabulous Getaway

What a lovely weekend! This beautiful 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our girls weekend! The bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked. The living room was the perfect hangout spot. And the view…. So peaceful! —- I'll definitely consider this location again when visiting Mission Bsy! You should too!

All the conveniences of a home

The house was great and had all the convenience of home. The grill worked great, having tv's in the bedrooms were nice though we did have issues with one of them, you may want to check that. Kitchen had enough for 10 people, plenty of beach gear though too cold to use it. Happy to rate it 5 stars.

Very nice location!

The property is so well-maintained, and the location is beautiful. I love water, so it was a perfect vacation spot for me. The bay view from the bedroom window was wonderful. The ocean and a wonderful beach setting is just across the street. Everything that we needed to prepare meals was in the beautiful kitchen. What I really appreciated was that I could email the property managers and they got back to me very quickly with any issues that we had. I definitely give this a five star rating.

Quick trip to SD for New Years with Family! Great location close walking distance to most everything! Only negative is the kitchen was ill equipped for cooking. Only one pan and a baking pan - but we made work. Left behind a new pan but may need a couple pots to go with the lids - in the future. Left basic salt and pepper for the next renters as well.

Decent stay

The stay at Waterfront 1 was enjoyable. The place is spacious and has great views of Mission Bay. On arrival the place was clean. I would say that the place is dated and parking is really tight. If you have a larger SUV, you won't fit in the garage. If renting, get a car. Only real complaint is that the walls are thin. If the other renters beside you have loud obnoxious kids, you will hear everything, and I mean everything. Overall, I would stay again as the proximity to sites and restaurants are great.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. Unfortunately, the property had multiple significant maintenance issues that greatly impacted our experience and comfort throughout the trip.During our stay we experienced:• No functioning air conditioning• Water leaking from the ceiling directly onto our electronics• Constant loud noise coming from the HVAC system• Inability to use the plumbing as instructed by the plumber• A shower/bath combo that was taped off upon arrival with a sign stating not to use itThese were not minor inconveniences; they materially affected the quality, comfort, and livability of the property. We selected this accommodation expecting a relaxing and enjoyable stay, but that was not the experience we received.What was equally frustrating was management’s lack of responsiveness in attempting to make the situation right upon our departure.We hope the property takes these concerns seriously and improves both maintenance standards and customer service for future guests.

great view and location but....

Well, overall the stay with great! The views are amazing just as depicted. We didnt like how compartmentalized the place is...its the opposite of an open floor plan. THe kitchen was weird and was added later to make this into another VRBO so its funky. The biggest issue we had is the place sleeps up to 10 people and there is literally only seating in the living room for 4 people! We had to bring chairs from the dining table that only sits 6...so it was hard because there was 8 of us. Also, the place needs a major refresh. THe kitchen was nice but the bathrooms are older and out of date. It just needs some love but overall good.

Amazing beach view! We got in at around 9:30p on a Friday night ran into a small issue (not the fault of the property owner/manager). They responded to my questions within 5 minutes. Communicate with them if necessary, and they will be very responsive & helpful! Our stay included 3 adults and our 6 children. We were ultimately looking for a beach home while on a trip to Sea World. You have beach access just outside the door. We walked all over, even at night, and it felt very safe. Book an extra day because you won’t want to leave. If you need extra parking, you can park anywhere on Mission Blvd (all free). Just be mindful of the street sweeper schedules, which are clearly posted everywhere. People are pretty patient giving you time to park. So don’t get anxious. Just parallel park if need be, take a breath, and enjoy the amazing atmosphere. There is almost always parking at Belmont Amusement Park (also right on the beach). Great food and, unlike many places you will walk, the law in CA is geared toward making it safer for pedestrians.

Property was great we had a good time . Property is run down could use some updates . Plus tv remotes are very confusing. Pics online made me think I had a bottom floor leading out to patio . I thought it was 3 floors 2 outside spaces . I would not have rented this unit if I knew it did not .

Disappointing end to San Diego trip....

This property is super outdated and obviously not cared for by the owner. The parking challenge is understated on the listing. Due to the steep angle, it is extremely challenging to park any SUV in the allotted spot. Our vehicle is 5'10". The listing states that a car under 6 feet is safe. We ended up hitting the top of our vehicle. Ultimately, we had to back into the garage and at an angle. There is ZERO street parking, so this was our only option. We arrived at the property late with three young kids after a long day enjoying the city. When we entered the property, all fans and air conditioner units were off. It was hot, muggy, and had a horrible smell that continued our entire stay. Very unwelcoming. The shower temperature valves were extremely difficult to use as they are old and not maintained. I felt very uncomfortable allowing my children to walk without shoes throughout the house as the floors seemed unclean. We needed to do some laundry for the next day and were shocked at how old and poorly maintained the washer/dryer are. After placing our wet clothes in the dryer, we fell into bed. After an hour of much needed sleep, we were awoken to the fire alarms going off. Apparently the vent off of the dryer was never connected and the dryer was venting throughout the upstairs level and set off the fire alarms. Horrible first night. The next morning when we were preparing breakfast, we discovered that the dishwasher was fully loaded with what we can only hope were clean dishes. We had to unload someone else's dishes before we could prepare breakfast. Even simple appliances like the toaster were junk. The levers that lower your toast, were missing. The freezer was rusted with bad smelling ice. In the PDF provided, under Check-Out Procedures, the guide instructs guests to "wash, rinse, dry dirty dishes, etc and put away in proper locations". I've never had a VRBO request that we do more than start a dishwasher before leaving. This is not someone's home. This is a long forgotten property with zero welcoming touches. We understand that for practical purposes, beach properties are more casual; however, this home was uncomfortable and disappointing - especially considering the price point.

Not Worth The Money

Liked: How easy it was to book & check-in. Air Conditioning. The view! How comfortable the beds were. Washer/dryer in unit. On-site parking. Didn't like: The dirty, sticky floors; so much so that we wore our flip flops in the house. The dirty kitchen: Most pieces in the kitchen had to be washed before we used them. There was wet, moldy food in the only pot large enough to make pasta for six people. The kitchen is very poorly equipped. One large pot, no salad bowl, no serving bowls, ONE teaspoon, cheap "gift with purchase" glassware that, of course, didn't match anything. Only salt & pepper for seasoning. These furnishings are for a house that has beds for 8! The furniture is old, worn, dirty and and the decor is uninspired for a beach house. It looked like they took stuff from their house that they didn't want to furnish the condo. The noise from outside, and the adjoining units all night long, is unacceptable. We would not rent here again and would have been better off at a hotel without kitchen facilities. It was too stressful for a family get-away for just 3 nights.

Mission Bay 4th of July

This was a fantastic Mission Bay vacation property. It really was located in an area where you could have the very best of everything. The bay has a beautiful, relaxed family friendly vibe and the fireworks display from the 2nd story was AMAZING. No worries on overcrowded areas or traffic. It couldn't have been more perfect. Meanwhile we were a tiny walk away from the beach (zero hassle), and within short walking distance from Belmont as well. The interior lived up to the pictures. Lovely, lovely home! We couldn't have picked a nicer vacation rental! Super happy!
