SUMMARY
Relax & enjoy the SoCal lifestyle to the max with beautiful sunrises & water views from the comfort of your own designer 3br+2.5ba waterfront townhouse. Features include 2 levels of bay views & 4 separate outdoor spaces including an exclusive ground level patio with fire pit + outdoor decks off of each bedroom! This offering also comes fully equipped with water views from nearly all rooms, cool A/C, convenient attached 2 car garage, dual King beds, easy beach access, & sleeps 8 (6 adults max). *Note - The fireplace is currently inoperable

GROUND LEVEL (main living area + half ba + patio)
Enter this beach vacay home from the attached garage or main front door and be greeted by a bright and spacious open main living area floorplan. There are dual sliding glass doors that look out to beautiful white sandy beach and blue water bay views, and lead to your exclusive waterfront patio complete with multiple seating areas and fire pit.

The living area includes designer touches with pops of color throughout, modern furniture including an easy pullout sofa bed, accent chair, SMART TV, wood flooring, & adjacent dining with bay views. Off this area is a kitchen fully equipped with all your cooking needs, granite counters, stainless steel appliances & for coffee lovers a Keurig + drip coffee maker. Rounding off this area is a half bath.

SECOND LEVEL (all bedrooms! + 2ba's)
All bedrooms are located on this level and have their own individual water view deck and plush carpet. The master suite is our featured bedroom, the perfect place to enjoy sunrises in bed! This bedroom is ideally situated on the bay with direct water views and includes a comfy King bed, wrap around floor to ceiling windows to capture beautiful views, expansive bayfront deck with seating, work station & ensuite with separate soaking jetted tub and surround shower.

On the opposite end of the hallway is br#2, a spacious area with yet another King size bed, SMART TV, and separate water view deck. Br #3 houses 2 twin beds & SMART TV, with a full bath (tub/shower combo) rounding out this level.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

Can’t beat the view

The neighborhood was quite mixed, new houses and old bungalows, but once we walked into the house we saw the view and loved it. The walk along the bay was long and a great place to exercise. The patio was a wonderful place for eating and just relaxing. The garage was a bit of an ordeal. The rental car was a mini van and it fit into the garage well. However, there were a lot of cars parked right across what I would call an alley and they made maneuvering the car into the garage a bit of a challenge.

Good location

Good location and easy to get to Lego Land and Seaworld. Ocean beach is only a block away with many places to stop and eat within walking distance. The patio faces south so the morning sun was nice while having coffee!

Relaxing vacation

Great location, within walking distance to Bay, beach, Belmont park. You can see SeaWorld firworks from the house. The management company was very responsive. Minor fixes are needed. For example some of the automatic shades and fireplace broken. But we were told that before check in.

Family Get Together for College Graduation

We had a very nice stay with our family. It was perfect that there were two rooms with king bed for my husband and I, and a king bed for our daughter and son-in-law. The 3rd room had two twin beds for our two granddaughters. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the patio, using the dining table, fire pit and barbecue. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to prepare meals. The tandem two car garage was perfect since parking can be a problem. We all (three generations) had a wonderful time.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our time at this rental. It is super convenient to the bay, beach, Belmont Park, and a nice playground. We loved being on the bay walk, easy for the kids to go out to the water/sand and had a lovely outdoor area. The place was very comfortable inside, had pretty much everything you need. The master bedroom was so bright and had a beautiful view. Everything is kept up well and I appreciated the room darkening shades in the bedrooms (double twin room we did bring some curtains to hang up for our little ones, the blinds to block out light as well). Beds were comfortable and layout was great. Communication with property management was easy and quick. We were able to (just barely) fit our minivan and a station wagon in the tandem garage. Not the easiest parking, but better than average for this area. Highly recommend!

Great family friendly spot!

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Just steps to the sand on the bay side of Mission Beach and a very short walk to the ocean side and Belmont Park. House was comfortable even thought the living space inside is on the smaller size. We utilized the outdoor patio and fire pit in the evenings. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great Place But Needs Just a Few Improvemwnts

Our party of 4 stayed at this beautiful condo for 12 nights. The condo is in a convenient, great location and the amenities are quite nice. Definitely a plus to have a 2 car garage. We arrived early and appreciated being able to check in before normal time. However, we did have a few issues. The blinds in one bedroom were broken upon arrival. We immediately notified the rental agent who sent someone to look at the problem but didn’t return until day 11. At that point, we only had one night left, and we requested he come back the next day after our check out. We had to put a bedspread over the windows. Not an appealing look while on vacation. One toilet upstairs needed to be plunged daily. The sconce in the 2nd king size bedroom is broken. The kitchen, while well equipped, needs a large pot for boiling pasta (there’s a medium sized one, but you can’t make spaghetti sauce and pasta at same time) and a larger fry pan is needed as well. We couldn’t even make eggs for all 4 of us at once in the pan provided. As we pulled dishes out of the cupboard, many were dirty, as was the silverware, and we ran 3 loads through the dishwasher just to make sure everything was clean. The master bedroom sheets had a stain on them and no other king sheets were provided. We only found 2 throw blankets in the house and more blankets would be useful as the beds only had bedspreads on them. I imagine the rental company will respond that we should have notified them of some of these issues, but once we reported the blinds were broken, and that wasn’t remedied, we decided to not bother with reporting the other problems. And, anyway, who wants a plumber, electrician and blinds company disturbing your privacy while on vacation. We did enjoy our stay very much, and would not want to cause the owners loss of revenue. It is a lovely place, but as mentioned, a few improvements need to be made. As an aside, a neighbor came over and said the lawn out front is supposed to be watered, but we never saw the sprinklers come on and the grass is turning yellow. Neighbor requested someone turn the sprinklers on.

Nice property, very clean. Location was good. Only downside is house amenities were lacking for the cost of house. We had 6 people, not much seating in living room and kitchen supplies were lacking. Expected more for the cost.

We live in Ramona, and wanted a staycation with the grandkids. This was the Perfect place! Very spacious, modern and fantastic location! Close to Belmont Park, bay in your front yard, and short walk to the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

A Trip To Remember!

We had an absolute blast staying at this property. It was the perfect size for me, my spouse, our 1.5 yo, our 4 yo, and Grandma, Papa, and Grammy! We were walking distance from Mission Beach (literally a quick cross of the street), Belmont park, Bonita Park, food, markets, and we sat right on Mission Bay and got to look out at the beautiful boats and water all day. Our first night we had fireworks (Memorial Day). We met other visitors and really sweet locals. I also recommend doing a pickup order from Ralph's for groceries. Really convenient and the service was stellar! I can't wait to go back again! This trip was one I will not forget!

Nice home, poor property management company, low quality amenities

This house is beautiful and the location is wonderful. The property management company doesn't communicate very quickly. Lots of stuff was sub par with this property. All individually not a big deal, but cumulatively, made it very overpriced. Issues included: Non functioning fireplace Broken window shades Non foaming handsoap in foaming dispenser No grill tools No coffee filters Laundry detergent for 2 loads (9 night stay) Only 1 extra blanket Broken vacuum (they did deliver a functioning one) Glitchy washing machine (they offered to have a repair person come) Issues were just annoying and rather minor, but plentiful. I didn't want to spend my vacation helping the PM company do their job and fix things. Would definitely stay in this home again if the property management company changes (from SurfStyle)

Mother’s Birthday

We treated my mother to a weekend getaway for her birthday. The property was in a great location to all the attractions in San Diego. The property has a great view of the Bay. The house was very clean the kitchen was small but we made it work.. My only knock is enough linen and towels. The parking was a challenge it a tandem garage so not made for large SUV. The place was nice I would use Surf Style again I had no problem so there was no need to contact them.
