Located in a quiet, green setting, this villa is ideal for families and groups of friends looking for comfort and fun.
You’ll have a spacious outdoor area with a barbecue and a pool all to yourselves, and pets are welcome!

The villa is completely fenced in, making it ideal for children to play safely.
Across from the villa, you’ll also find another large garden equipped with playground equipment and home to some adorable fenced-in donkeys that will delight the little ones.

There’s a spacious outdoor area with a barbecue, an outdoor cabinet, a sink, a table with chairs, and a beautiful private pool (6.10 m × 3 m, 1.30 m deep) with an outdoor shower where you can cool off on summer nights under the stars.

Upon entering the villa, you’ll find:

- a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, glasses, wine glasses, a coffee maker with complimentary pods, a dishwasher, an oven, a refrigerator and freezer, and a kettle with herbal teas for your moments of relaxation; a comfortable sofa, TV, and a wood-burning stove, ideal for cozy evenings;

- a practical small room with a comfortable single bed and a closet, perfect for storing your luggage;

- the first bathroom, complete with all necessary fixtures (including a bidet), a spacious shower stall, and a washing machine.

On the second floor, you’ll find:

- the first bedroom: furnished with a queen-size bed (190 cm × 120 cm), a spacious closet, and a dresser with a mirror;

- the second bedroom: featuring a queen-size bed (160 cm × 195 cm), a closet, and a charming little terrace where you can enjoy a coffee while admiring the view of the spacious courtyard;

- the third bedroom: featuring a single bed (190 cm × 95 cm) with a view of the pool, it’s perfect for one person and includes a sofa with armchairs, a table, and a piano;

- the second bathroom, complete with all necessary fixtures (including a bidet) and a spacious shower stall.


The third floor features:

- a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm × 190 cm) and two single beds (80 cm × 190 cm)—perfect for large families or groups of friends—as well as comfortable armchairs and a closet for storing your clothes;

- the third bathroom, complete with all necessary fixtures (including a bidet) and a spacious shower stall.

Each guest will have three towels of different sizes (large, medium, and small), high-quality bed linens, and a Welcome Kit for each guest containing shampoo, a shower cap, soap, and shower gel.

There is an air conditioning system in the second-floor hallway to cool all the rooms, as well as in the third-floor attic.

The villa offers super-fast Wi-Fi and the option to rent bicycles upon request, which will be delivered directly to the villa. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to go horseback riding to explore the surrounding area in a unique and charming way.
