Guajara is a beautifully refurbished two-bedroom flat located in the Guajara neighbourhood in San Cristóbal de La Laguna, a university city and World Heritage Site. The property has all the necessary services to make you feel at home. Furthermore, it is only a 5 minute walk from the Gracia tram stop, which connects this wonderful flat with the historic centre in 10 minutes.



It is a modern flat with two bedrooms, one bathroom, fully equipped independent kitchen, living-dining room and two balconies.



There are no common areas in this flat. Only the entrance area of the building.



The check-in of this property is done autonomously. We will send you the access instructions before your arrival and we will be available for any questions between 8:00 and 22:00 hours.



Just a 2 minute walk away in the surrounding area, you will find cafes, bars and pizzerias with long opening hours where you can enjoy great menus. You can also find supermarkets in the area less than 10 minutes walk from the flat, as well as gyms that may be of interest to you. In addition to all this, less than 10 minutes walk away, you can also find the Museum of Science and the Cosmos, one of the most fun museums in Tenerife with a planetarium and various interactive activities for children and adults.
