Location! Location! Location! This Urban Casita provides an experience like no other. This three bedroom, two bath, completely renovated home is literally a three minute walk to the River Walk, Pearl Brewery, Hotel Emma, highly rated restaurants, bars, and popular night-life entertainment. The home is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups. Within a 15 minute walk, you will pass by 15-20 different restaurants and bars. Or if not, just stay in hot tub and relax!!!! There is a $25 fee to use hot tub.

This property is amazing because from a 3-15 minute walk, you can access over 20 different restaurants and bars, but it is still on a quiet street surrounded by other homes with families.

Walking around the neighborhood is the most convenient way to get around. This part of San Antonio has established highly prominent biking lanes as well. There are bicycles you can rent at the Pearl to get around downtown San Antonio. We are about a 10 minute bike ride from many museums and parks around our area. Driving is ideal for destinations such as Fiesta Texas or Sea World. Uber is another option to consider getting around. A non-surge fare of around $5 will typically get you anywhere downtown.

We had a really great time at this house. The one thing I would say would be the instructions for the pool should probably be placed beside the pool so there's no confusion on how to use it. Otherwise, it was a great house and we loved our stay!

Everything was wonderful. It’s a very neat and clean house. It’s just as it is advertised in being close to the Pearl complex. We had a great time with our granddaughters. The owners were very accommodating. Check out is at 11am but on the last day the restaurant was slow with bringing our breakfast so I texted the owners and asked for 15 extra minutes and they said don’t rush and gave us an extra hour. Thanks

A home run for us!! Darling home. Amazing location allowed us to walk to the Pearl area making life easy. We did take an uber for the wedding reception (Aug in TX need I say more?). And with the descriptive list of restaurants, activities, etc, we were set! Our kids each had a room that accessed a bathroom just outside their rooms, and we got our own at the rear of the house.

Great stay for Air Force Graduation

Owners of the property were incredibly attentive from the first message after booking to our check out. This was a very safe neighborhood to stay in. Quiet, and near the quiet part of the Riverwalk. We didn’t actually realize there was an incredibly active part of the Riverwalk until we checked out and went to our hotel for our last night in San Antonio. Our new Airman was looking for a quiet place to relax so this was completely fine as we just got to sit back and enjoy in our quiet Vrbo rental. The house was very clean and adorable. There was plenty of corner stores with friendly people and a little grocer in walking distance as well as a very short walk to the relaxing part of the Riverwalk. The house was stocked with plenty of the household necessities and a Walmart was close to grab those things we needed for the week. A grill and hot tub was a nice touch, we didn’t get to use them but they were there if we wanted them. The best thing we appreciated was a white board that the owners had in the kitchen with a list of their favorites.. coffee, ice cream, lunch, brunch and dinner places. Their recommendations were fabulous! It was about a 15 minute drive to Lackland, however if you are there for a graduation be aware of traffic as it may take you a half hour or a little more with the construction and traffic getting into the base. Highly recommend this property! You won’t be disappointed in this choice.

Great hosts and location

It was a bit of a family reunion for the 4 of us. Being able to walk almost everywhere. The farmers market, the restaurants were so convenient. Hosts were responsive and available if we had any questions. It was a delightful surprise when we came home in the evening to spend a time outside. Great rental in San Antonio!

We loved our four-night stay in this beautiful home. It is conveniently located next to the Pearl District with great restaurants and farmers market. We walked along the river to the convention center and downtown restaurants. That was a highlight. The home is generously appointed with towels, toilet paper, coffee, shampoo and laundry detergent. We appreciated the cleanliness and the location.

BMT graduation

Our stay at the house was fantastic. From before we arrived the communication from the host was amazing. They were beyond helpful when we thought there could be a potential issue and no questions asked were willing to do whatever needs to accommodate us. We were in town for our son’s BMT graduation from the AF and the house was a perfect location. We were 15 minutes from base and 15 minutes from the airport, which was great since we had multiple arrival dates. The house was walking distance for coffee, shopping and restaurants at Pearl, which is a very cool spot. The only thing I would say is having 5-6 adults is difficult because the room with the bunk beds is nice but an adult can’t sleep on the futon comfortably. I would not count on using that as a bed for an adult. The house was clean and nice to hang at as well. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again.

Perfect place for a girls’ trip!

A perfect place to stay for an extended weekend with my lifelong friends! Excellent location that was a very short walk to the Pearl District and a fantastic Farmers Market. The house was all one level- it had plenty of space and everything 5 adult women would need. The host was so friendly, helpful, and communicative. Definitely recommend!

We happened upon this listing when the latest winter storm changed our travel plans to attend our son's graduation from MBT at Lackland. We were blessed to find a warm and inviting repose in this beautiful home. Nothing was lacking, and the location is ideal!

Great house, Perfect location!

The location is incredible. We walked to the Pearl area multiple times a day. We took our 1 year old daughter to doseum, the zoo and botanical garden. All were less than 10 min away. The house had everything we needed. It was very comfortable.

Riverwalk gem

This house was a comfortable and convenient place for my family of 4 adults to stay. It is within 2 blocks of the northern part of the Riverwalk and Pearl district. The host was wonderful and accommodating, with exceptional response time for any communication. I would recommend this listing for anyone looking to enjoy the San Antonio area
