Neighborhood wasn't the best. Run down house on the corner, looked abandoned. The trash cans were out front the whole time. Tried walking dogs around the neighborhood and there were 4 strays so my dogs only got 1 walk to the whole time we were there. When we left, the neighbor across the street was video taping us with his cell phone (not sure why; didn't want to ask). The house itself was ok on the inside. It was a little dark and your very close to the next door neighbor. For the most part it was clean, no signs of bugs. I moved the kitchen trash can and put in the pantry, underneath the trash can was a little messy on the floor, had to clean. The baseboard under the sink was missing or something, looked bad. The pool table in the garage looked so small and it smelled weird in there. It would be better to just use as a place to park your cars. There was no back door to let the dogs out, you had to let them out through the sliding glass door which is located in the master. So if you have dogs that have to be let out at night to take a pee-pee take the master bedroom. The backyard was so sad looking, we didn't even attempt to hangout back there. Basically we just used the house for showers and a place to sleep. The beds were comfy but there were no dressers or closets to hang any of our clothes and really no place to put your suitcases if you don't like putting on the floor which I never do just in case there are bugs. Overall the stay was ok, I wouldn't go back tho. :(

We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return to this home! The location was perfect! Having four bedrooms was wonderful and the beds themselves were very comfortable! Great communication with the host anytime we had questions about the area etc. Excellent stay!

We stayed here for my son’s BMT graduation and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect—just 9 minutes from the base gate and 2 minutes from Walmart. The home was clean, tastefully decorated, and the memory foam beds made us feel right at home. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

We stayed here for my son’s Air Force graduation. We were 8 minutes from the base so the travel time was perfect. My son wanted take out, conversation, and rest and the house was perfect for that. We were close to lots of restaurants so he had his pick. The variety of rooms and bed arrangements made accommodating 7 people plus an Airman easy. There is even a twin sized mattress in the large master closet that I claimed to save myself from my husband’s snoring. We brought a little dog (my Airman’s only request) and the access to the backyard was really easy, too. Only issue was there isn’t a lot of parking, so one of our 3 cars ended up down the street. Odds are my son will be stationed at Lackland, so we will be back! The house provided dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and lots of towels. Definitely recommend!

This is a perfect place for families visiting for BMT graduation. It took us less than 8 minutes to get to base. The neighborhood is quiet, the beds and bathrooms are very nice and the host responds to messages promptly. This was so much more economical than paying for several hotel rooms too.

Our group consisted of 6 adults traveling for my son's Air Force BMT graduation. Our time in San Antonio was amazing, largely in part due to our stay at this amazing VRBO!! Chris was extremely accomodating to our needs. His communication the entire time during our stay was top notch!! Literally, the best VRBO I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. There was plenty of room for 6 adults to hang out and sleep comfortably. It was clean & inviting. The location is fabulously close to the base and other things we wanted to do. It was SO nice to just bring my son back here and hang out on one of his town pass days. The backyard is cozy and nice to sit out and enjoy the stars. We ran into a schedule conflict & Chris was very accomodating and helped us easily navigate that without extra worries. I would 10/10 recommend this to anybody heading to BMT graduation with a large group! If my son ever lands back at Lackland, we will definitely stay here again!

The home was nice and exactly as pictured in the listing; the rooms were good sized and perfect for our needs. Great location; close to Wal-Mart and access to the highway. The house is just minutes away from Lackland Air Force Base for families visiting their graduating Airmen at BMT. The street is tight though, so parking can be difficult; I would recommend no more than two vehicles.

If you have a loved one that will be graduating BMT from Lackland AFB then this location is perfect. It’s close to the Valley High Gate and there is a Walmart a block away.

This property was close to Lackland airforce base allowing us to easily enjoy our time together after the ceremonies when the graduates have their limited time off base. There were 4 bedrooms that were spacious each given their own set of towels. The kitchen had all the basics we needed. I appreciated the small details like tea and coffee stocked.The entry was a code making it easy to enter and lock up with no keys to keep track of. We had no issues with the neighborhood. The pool table was like playing during an earthquake so don't use that as a deciding factor. Host was readily available and accomadating. It was perfect for our needs

Plenty of room to sleep and comfortable beds. Everything we need for a comfortable stay. Parking is limited to 2 cars. The whole neighborhood is limited parking. We enjoyed the location and convenience of this home!

The house itself was very clean and worked really well. There were seven of us staying there plus a small dog. The owner, management company was very, very responsive. And answered all of our questions. The only negatives are parking is tight-There’s not a lot of places to park and if you have a dog and want to walk them, there were several loose dogs in the neighborhood. But the house itself was great and so was the owner. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I would stay here again.

We traveled to San Antonio for BMT Graduation at Lackland Air Base. Thos location was PERFECT!! We were about 7 minutes from the Valley Hi gate. Being so close allowed us to spend so much more time with our Airman. The house is adorable, clean and perfect for up to 10 people. We even used the kitchen to bake a cake for our new grad and had space.to have a nice family dinner. I highly recommend this rental location. 5.stars!!!

This was my family first visit to Sea World, I sent a message to book this house and got a response very quickly we were so excited, we showed up to the house and it was easy check in, the house was very clean, there were plenty of extra towels and enough space for my 3 adult children and my 3 grandchildren, we had a blast. Will definitely book this house again. Thank you Chris

This house is in great proximity’s if you’re wanting to get to the Air Force base early. It was about 7 miles from the base, which was great! The house had plenty of room for the tree ( adults) of us, and the house was extremely clean. Thank you Chris for a great place to stay!
