🐶 Dog Policy - We love welcoming well-behaved dogs!



~Maximum 2 dogs per reservation.

~Dogs must weigh 75 pounds or less each.

~Dogs must be at least 1 year old and fully house-trained.

~No aggressive breeds or dogs with a history of aggression. This includes, but is not limited to: (Pit Bull-type breeds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Cane Corsos, Wolf hybrids)



Please disclose your dog's breed and approximate weight when booking.



During Your Stay

~Dogs may not be left unattended in the home unless they are securely crated.

~Pick up all pet waste from the yard.

~Excessive barking that disturbs neighbors is not permitted.

~Any pet damage or additional cleaning required due to excessive hair, stains, odors, or accidents will be charged to card on file

~Guests are responsible for any injuries or property damage caused by their pet.



We Provide - Fenced backyard, Food and water bowls, Waste bags, Dog towel for muddy paws



Guest Access:

There are three steps leading up the patio to the front door. The rest of the home is one level.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in the most prestigious historic district in the city. I highly suggest a walk around the neighborhood to take in all of the historic estate homes. Don't miss Extra Fine, the bakery/coffee shop, Rise Up (acai bowl) and the fabulous happy hour at Barbaro. We a mile from Trinity University, 1.2 miles from the Pearl (a MUST see) and 2 miles from the Alamo and surrounding tourist locations.



Getting Around:

Most of our guest bring a car (the is plenty of onsite parking) but Uber and Lift are readily available.
