This four-bedroom and 1-bathroom home sit on a 1/3 of an acre right outside downtown San Antonio. Less than 5 miles away from the famous Riverwalk and Alamo. In addition, the house is less than a 15-minute drive to Fiesta Texas and The Shops at La Cantera. Should your visit require ready access to the medical center area, this home is for you, as it is only four miles from the medical center, where our UTHSC is.

The space
Much of the original character and charm were kept without sacrificing functionality and were preserved and restored. This home is an older pier and beam home that has had some settling over its long life and has some quirks. For example, the kitchen floor is slightly unlevel, so please take care! However, we think it is an excellent blend of vintage charm and present comfort.
