Home is equipped with smart home devices, (Camara’s on exterior Only). The locations of exterior cameras is the front door doorbell which faces guests as they enter, front center of home facing neighborhood street, west of house facing back door, and back camera facing back yard. Cameras are to insure that our guests receive a secure and comfortable stay and run 24/7. Also, enjoy your WiFi movies on the big 50 inch screen, as well as a television located in the Master suite. A spacious 300 square foot walk-in closet is perfect for long stays.

A brand new Neighborhood park for kids to enjoy, a walking trail for morning walks, and a pavilion for family picnics. Pearsall’s 500 acre health and fitness obstacle course and skate park is just a few minutes up the road. Also, enjoy a nearby Pub 🍺 shopping 🛍 and many cultural Restaurants 🥘

A security deposit of $300 is required within 48 hours of booking. 85% is refundable if property is left in good condition. 15% is part of Vrbo costs for using their guest deposit feature, as well as management walk through fee following guests departure. If guest brings more guests than the amount booked, full deposit will be lost. Please be honest on guest amount. If all checks out good, then allow up to 14 business days for refund. Please take good care of the home for an easy refund return. Note that only 6 guests are allowed in this property during a stay. If more than 6 guests are present, then full deposit & payment will be lost and host has the right to ask guest to vacate. Guests are considered guests whether they spend the night, or not, so please be honest with how many guests you will have. We appreciate you following house rules for your stress free stay. When booking this property, guest is agreeing to all house rules above.

Property was conveniently located. It’s sits between the Alamodome/Riverwalk and Sea World/theme parks. The home was clean, well decorated and very comfortable.

Perfect quick getaway!

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly responsive! Everything was super clean and well decorated. It was close to all necessary stores (H‑E‑B and Walmart). It was also a perfect location, right in the middle of sea world and the river walk. My son loves seeing the military planes fly above the house in the morning! Definitely recommend!

I would have liked to sit outside, but the grass was too high. Overall the house was very beautiful and comfortable, the host was extremely friendly and helpful, would recommend this host and home to anyone that is visiting the area.

Great house

This house was very close to Lackland AFB for our visit to my son graduating BMT. The only thing I would suggest being aware of is the limited guest number allowed on the premises at any time, if you have more than 6 family members coming to visit your Airman. Easy to contact the host and she always replied very quickly. I would recommend this house for this type of trip.

BMT Graduation

We enjoyed our stay in this house. It was clean, comfortable, and well-supplied. The drive to the Valley Hi gate at Lackland AFB was never more than 10 minutes. Plenty of food options and shopping nearby. Our graduating guardian (Space Force) just wanted to kick back and relax, which he was able to do here. With 2 full bathrooms, we were able to get out the door quickly in the morning and spent way less than we would have if we’d had to get 2 hotel rooms. Highly recommend!

When I arrived, the property was not ready. We had to wait three hours in the car. Talk to the person in charge said she would give us a credit for 100 and then came back and said we left the property dirty. I have pictures to prove how I left it. Do not believe what this person says

Communication issues

The house is nice the location is great safe subdivision and close and easily able to get to base with minimum delays. We did have some hiccups along the way.we did not recieve our access code until 2-3 hours after check-in time due to vrbo updating something or other. We were there for my sons graduation from the air force BMT and after driving 20 hours from illinois that alone made my anxiety high to say the least. The 2nd night in the middle of cooking my airman a meal the oven stopped working and upon contacting the owner it was suggested that we check out and find some where else to stay and that I'd be refunded for the rest of our stay. This again made my anxiety high at the thought of having to find somewhere else to stay on short notice at 6-7pm the night before my sons graduation from BMT. After talking to the owner and letting her know id rather not deal with trying to stay somewhere else i was given a refund for 1 night of our 3 night stay. There were also some hiccups with that and i dont know if that was on the owners end or with vrbo. There were also some other minor issues that were brought to the owners attention to hopefully help folks that stay there in the future. Over all i think that hiring a different manager and cleaning company/person would help tremendously. And having some sort of communication route other than via vrbo would also be extremely beneficial. Everyone keeps telling me to get full refund but im not like that.

Location

Location is perfect if you want to be close to the base to see a graduate from USAF BMT. A lot of stores nearby, gate to base is close, the neighborhood is still being built so lots of construction nearby. But that will be done soon. Easy to contact owner for information. San Antonio is a beautiful city, except we are from the Pacific Northwest and wasn't ready for the heat. I would recommend staying in this home. A/C works fantastic. Krys

Quick birthday trip for the kiddo

We had an outstanding stay. The house is close to everything really.. very clean.. and the owner is great. We will be using her again for sure!!! Definitely a 5 star experience
