A great house and amazing host

Super clean and host made sure everything was going great! Sent detailed message for an easy experience. My family and I really enjoyed this house. The description on the website is accurate and the host is terrific. He was very responsive, the place was immaculate, and importantly for us since we like to cook, the kitchen was remarkably well equipped. We are looking forward to returning

Very nice property and great management!

Property is exactly as pictured. Very nice amenities and management was very attentive to emails and responded quickly. The area of the property is downtown - which is in transition. Lots of new builds interspersed with old properties - but that’s what you get when choosing to stay near the downtown/Riverwalk area. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property if you want to be near the Riverwalk, Alamo, and the Pearl. Miguel, the owner, was great! We would stay again for sure! Thanks for everything!

Great space for group

The property looks exactly like in the photos!! I think we must have been the first guests because everything was brand new in the home. We had a group of 5 women aged from 19 to 35. We made use of the board games, ping pong, and the corn sack game. We spent most of our time at the house just relaxing after an exhausting semester of college! The neighborhood for the property doesn’t necessarily match the modern sleekness of the house but we didn’t have any issues while staying there. The garage is very small but my Toyota Highlander fit in there fine. The only issues we had during our stay was a giant flying roach in the bunk bed room and a small spider in the queen guest room. There are also LOTS of windows in the house. Some have coverings and some don’t. We didn’t love not being able to close blinds or curtains in a bedroom so if you want full privacy, this house may not be for you. And speaking of privacy, the master bathroom has nice sliding barn doors but you can’t lock it for privacy while using the bathroom. Having a keypad entry made it easy for everyone in the group to get in to the property at different times, however, I wish there was a deadbolt option for security purposes. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the house, the host was great, and appreciated the extra games at the property for us to use!
