Historic Home Near Downtown, Alamo, and Riverwalk.

Newly renovated contemporary ranch style historic home. Located 5.5 Miles from central downtown San Antonio, Riverwalk, Alamodome, The Pearl, and 8 miles from the AT&T.

Drive downtown for public parking for around $10 or Uber for about $10.

The neighborhood is quiet. The house is very cozy and warm. And close to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores.

Popcorn, Starbucks coffee, and extra toiletries are provided.

Apple TV and 42 inch TV is also available to stream whatever you like.



This is an entire 1700 sqft, 4/3 home historic home. This updated contemporary ranch style home boast original hardwood floors, 18 windows, and also a 16 inch Rain fall shower to name a few things. The master Bedroom has it's own bathroom and closet. Two great size bedrooms host very comfortable queen beds. A large (small master) with plenty of room has three twin beds, and one double bed, along with its own bathroom. The living area has a pull out bed and also a super comfortable couch to sleep on. Feel free to prepare full meals in the kitchen with provided cookware. If you need to wash clothes or anything feel free to use the washer and dryer! So come in and enjoy yourself, the entire place is yours for the duration of your reservation!

Cute house, definitely an older home. I felt it could've been a little cleaner. Neighborhood was quiet except the neighbors dogs who wouldnt stop barking anytime you went outside. The only real issue for some reason 2 nights in a row one of the smoke detectors started chirping and 2nd night it started earlier in the morning and didnt stop for hours.

Amazing, quaint, modern rustic twist

It is a very cute mini getaway household to be held in. Felt very safe and efficiently close distance to downtown activities to attend. The household is decently proportioned to accompany its guest. Great communication with property manager friendly as well. It was a great experience to feel comfortable for a trip and have that housewarming energy to be sheltered in.

Spring break

Seven of us, 3 adults and 3 kids, met at the house on Magnolia. This house was perfect for what we needed. It was close to everything. The neighborhood was quiet- we felt safe to run to the really awesome park that was just a few blocks away. Ben was great to work with and was very kind and very responsive. The house was simple, clean and charming! Very comfortable for the 7 of us and we’d definitely stay here again!

The house was nice and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. It was a good location for the activities we had prepared at the Riverwalk; only about 4 miles. The owner was nice and accommodating. Could use some hangers in the closet and a new iron. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great home for a family

We really enjoyed our stay. The only suggestion I would make is a little better stocked kitchen. We cooked almost all our meals at the house and measuring cups, spoons and a colander would have been handy. Also since the house sleeps 14 more seating at the table would be nice. Over all, very convenient to highways and anything we wanted to do.
