Very disappointing

House is NOT easy to find and is not a stand alone. Very difficult to get into door, garage door opener was not where we were originally told. Poor lighting on stairs causing me to fall down 2 stairs and landing on the floor- reported to property manager and response was I hope you are ok. Neither down stairs tv’s were working had to ask for batteries to be delivered and still one of the tv’s never worked. Cleaning crew did a TERRIBLE job cleaning. No basic necessities . Very disappointed in this rental, given the amount of money charged we would have expected more

Nice overall space and location close to the zoo. Lots of stairs. Attention to cleaning was lacking. There were stains on bedding, sheets, pillow cases, dirt handprints on the walls, dustbunnies and trash under beds, no extra comforters for the fold out couch, a dead cricket on the couch, a bra left in a downstairs room, and dirty bandaid in the middle of the living room carpet. Bare necessities available to guests. Bring extra blankets, bedding, and kids cups with lids if you plan to travel with children.

Comfort and Convenience

Four of us stayed in the loft for almost a week. It was very comfortable and very conveniently located. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen necessities. There was only one dishtowel so we had to use a bathroom hand towel which worked out fine. Mattresses are fairly firm and comfortable. The only downside which is no fault of the owner, was that the people across from the house parked behind their garage which made it a little tricky to get out of the garage each day. Other than that, we would definitely recommend.

This property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooftop is such a bonus. Its so nice to be outsideand still stay at the property. There are alot of stairs. I liked the separation but if stairs are a concern. It may be challenging. We wanted to be able to walk back and forth to the hospital. This place was perfect for us. Absolutely nothing negative to say.

Bed bugs

We stayed there for one night and woke up to my girlfriend, having bedbugs all over her arms, her face and her neck. Verbo made it extremely impossible to be compensated for it, and I’m still in the process of dealing with them and the property owner did offer to comp the stay for us but as you can imagine it was extremely inconvenient for my girlfriend and for us having to pick only having stain one night and have to find a new place to stay for fear of being bitten again. Hopefully they address this situation because this property would have been a perfect place to stay

Short stay

Overall we had a good stay on the property. Loved the terrace. Nice kitchen. Good location, nice neighborhood. We faced an issue with one of the rooms and we were not able to use it. We addressed the issue to the property manager and he solved it in the correct way.

Comfortable & quiet

First thing, I'll stay here when we visit San Antonio again. It's comfortable and quiet. Nice beds and bathrooms. Open space for kitchen and living room. On hot days, cool enough with fans and AC. Near the Pearl and other places to visit & eat. Thanks for making it a special place for visitors.

Amazing House

Loved the house. Roof top was fun. Stocked well. The only complaint, was the floors weren’t cleaned well. Our feet and infants feet was very dirty.
