Starter kit provided :toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags . Cleaning fee only covers cleaning for end of stay.Location is downtown and walking distance to medical facilities, grocery store ,restaurants etc.Property is near hospital, there’s potential noise from medical helicopter and transportation.Fireplace is inoperable.When checking out please ensure you are not leaving any personal belongings behind.We are not liable for items left behind.We are not liable for theft ,loss of items or damage to items.
