Christmas in Sammamish

This was a lovely home to be able to host my family on Christmas day. Thanks to Evelyn and Paul (and their wonderful neighbors) for all their assistance. We had a beautiful Christmas, in spite of the rain!

Outstanding Property!

We had a wonderful stay at this home over the Thanksgiving holidays. Our extended family traveled to the area to celebrate at my sister's house located nearby. We rented this home for the family to have a comfortable residence near to her home. We couldn't have asked for a better property and experience. Evelyn was a hospitable owner and met me at the property and explained everything. The house was just beautiful with every amenity imaginable. I only wish we had spent more time there to get to use all of them. I would highly recommend this home for a wonderful family gathering or group trip.

Amazing Oasis

This place is so beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay away from home. The owners of this house are so kind and hospitable. I cannot say enough good things. We were so lucky to stay here. ❤️

Absolutely Perfect!

We had an amazing family vacation at this stunning home. The house, backyard and property are simply breathtaking. The house is skillfully decorated - both beautiful and incredibly comfortable (and no fancy things within little kids’ reach!). We had plenty of space for extended family and the house had simply everything we could ever want, plus so many thoughtful extras. The pool and outdoor areas feel like a five star resort. The owner, Evelyn, is delightful and offered great suggestions on nearby activities. We made so many priceless family memories at this incredibly property.

Terrific Family Trip

Our family had a lovely trip and really enjoyed this house and its amenities. The property is private yet convenient to lots of places. We hiked, visited Seattle, mountain biked, and spent lots of time in the pool/hot tub! The owners were thoughtful and easy to contact. This is a great property!

Great for family

We enjoyed everything this property had to offer. It was a great home base for hops into Seattle for activities. Having the pool, hot tub and game room were a great way to enjoy down time. The home is lovely and the owners were very attentive.

Great spot for family vacation!

This house was great for a multigenerational family vacation (10 adults, 2 kids, 1 infant). The home was clean, kitchen was stocked, pool was awesome, the backyard was an oasis, and we felt very secure while being secluded. Hiking and grocery stores were nearby. Evelyn was extremely responsive and a great host. We would definitely stay here again!

Ready for a magazine cover

Awesome experience! One some properties, the pictures shown on the listing are the highlights, but in this home everywhere you look uncovers a new and interesting detail. The beautiful yard and pool area makes for a wonderful gathering space, and should the weather turn bad, there's a lot to explore on the many model ships and art inside. The hosts were great, giving us an overview of the property and answering questions as they came up. Would highly recommend this space to others, and would gladly return should the opportunity permit.

Fabulous stay

The house was as described, beautiful spotless,, well stocked , with plenty of room for my family of 7 adults, 2 infants and a 5 year old. The setting is park like. The pool was great, warm. We used the hot tub as well. The house had everything ew could ask for and extremely comfortable Eve;lyn and Paul were accommodating and accessible. We would come back in a heartbeat.

An INCREDIBLE week!!!!

Each year my family takes a trip to a new location and this year was the Seattle area and this home could NOT have been better for us....9 adults and 2 kids (6yrs, 2yrs) and it was perfect for our size. It is just like the pictures!!! Even better...It is kind of in a wooded area and we had deer in the front yard one morning. There is a separate pool house/guest house, perfect for the couple with the smaller child. We loved the pool and the roll out pool cover gave us added security with the kids. We were within easy striking distance to Seattle for the times we wanted to go into the city and the Sammamish town center is 2 miles away with plenty of grocery and food options. The kitchen is spacious and the back yard really great. The hosts even got us a volleyball/badminton net which we put up and played! Oliver was our local contact and he was perfect as well....We would not hesitate to recommend this property and the hosts.....FANTASTIC!

Awesome Home

We stayed for 8 nights at this property and it is everything you see in the pictures and more. Absolutely beautiful. There were 14 of us staying for our son's wedding. Ages 20 months to 65. Lots of space and entertainment area. The pool has a security cover, which was great since we had a toddler in the group. The owners of the property are very accommodating and easy to work with. Love the professional coffee maker. For many of us, it was like being in Europe, delicious. Great value for a large group.

Beautiful Seattle area property!

Wow! We recently traveled to the Seattle area to celebrate my husband's birthday. We were a group of 8. This property is located in Sammamish, but as we discovered - it was an easy drive into the city or any of the other local area destinations. The property was absolutely gorgeous! Very secluded and private, with wooded forest area surrounding it. We saw deer and even an owl one day in one of the amazing trees that surround the property. The house was amazing! Beautiful and so comfortable - with everything we could possibly need. Great kitchen - what a stove!!, great living area - loved the incredible ship models! Master bedroom was very comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. Each couple enjoyed a nice upstairs bedroom, and our niece came for a couple nights and was able to stay in the additional pool house accommodations. And that leads me into the outdoor area......!!!! Gorgeous heated pool, a hot tub, and the outdoor kitchen was great, including the wine and beer cooler, sink, and bar area! We spent most of our time outside - the weather was incredible while we were there - they say that late July is the best time to visit the Seattle area for warm, sunny days. One day we didn't even leave the house, and several other days after doing some sight-seeing and touring, we spent the remainder of the days and evenings outside as well. Evelyn - the homeowner was absolutely wonderful to work with - from the time I made contact with her several months ago to reserve the property - all the way through our stay! We didn't have any children with us on this trip, but this house would be perfect for not only couples, but families with kids too - there is a great play area in the backyard - along with the pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen. There is also a game room upstairs with a pool table. The Sammamish area was nice too - grocery stores (Fred Meyer) and other shopping and restaurants available. I know that all of us would highly recommend this property for an outstanding Seattle area stay!

Beautiful Wooded Getaway

After spending two weeks at this lovely home in Lake Sammamish, my family did not want to leave. The owners are a pleasure to work with and made sure that our stay was perfect. Most of our time was spent relaxing by the pool, drinking wine and cooking on the large grill at the pool house. The interior of the house was spacious - we had four adults and two children - and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked and a joy to cook in. We would definitely go back. Cheers!

Wonderful Vacation Home

I can't say enough positive things about this rental home. Fully equipped with top end appliances, beautiful grounds and pool, and nicely located. Three families stayed here for a family wedding and was the absolute perfect spot to both entertain and relax. Thank you Evelyn for sharing your stunning home with us!

Beautiful property and fun for family

We had such a great time at this estate. The pictures do not do it justice-it is even more amazing than pictures show. It has all of the luxury and outdoor amenities you want, and also feels like you are in the forest. It is very private. Our group included small children (2yo, 4yo, and 7yo) as well as young adults and older adults, and everyone had a blast. The pool is amazing and has safety cover when not in use (nice feature for small kids). The outdoor grill, covered seating area, large table, and hot tub were also very easy to use and met all of our needs. Those who needed to stay out of the sun sat in the covered seating area with electric fans above and could see all of the pool/hot tub activities comfortably. We played music on the house system which projected to the outside as well. The kids played on the playground set for hours and then ran races on the large lawn. The kitchen is large and has top of the line appliances. It is connected to 2 seating areas, and this open floor plan was great for our family to have the opportunity to catch up with each other and for keeping an eye on small children. Bedrooms are large and there is a pool table/lounge area inside the house as well. There are also lots of amenities within very short driving distance (Metropolitan Market, other grocery stores, and Costco). Everything you need for an amazing family vacation. You will not want to leave the property. Owners were great. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. Our entire family highly recommends and will be back to rent this estate again.
