"화장실, 방에서 하수구 냄새 심하게 남 청소상태 머리카락, 먼지 많음 주인, 직원 불친절, 냉장고, 에어컨 덜덜거리고 소음 심함 침구, 요는 너무 얇고 부실함 온돌방이라는 문구도 없이 일반방이랑 같은 제목으로 같은 가격으로 상품 내놓음, 옵션에 요이불제공 이게 다임 확인 필수 온돌방이라는데 바닥에 온기 1도 없음 불좀 넣어달라 요청했는데도 마찮가지였음. 2박 예약했는데 골병들거 같아 1박 버리고 퇴실함"
