旅の直前で予約していたホテルをキャンセルされ、慌ただしく予約したので大して期待をしていなかったのだけど、ファミリールームの内装も寝心地の良さも皆満足していました。 何よりも浴槽もあり、部屋も広くてゆったりできました。 朝食も大変美味しく、バリエーションも色々とあり、またテラスも居心地がよかったです。 もう少し装飾をシンプルにしたら美しい景色が際立って更に素敵になるのにな、と思いましたが、これがウズベキスタンらしいのかもしれません。 スタッフの方皆様大変心地よく、またゆっくり訪れたいホテルでした。

From Staff to location this is a very reasonable hotel close to all the amenities. Every historical place is walking distance. Jahagir one of the manger I have dealt with very helpful. Looking forward to go again.

The heater in the shower and WiFi were not working in the first room and front desk was really accommodating to switch us to another room immediately. It was a very nice stay with welcoming staff and a very nice terrace to look at the view of the area. It is also close to a few tourist attractions. I would recommend this hotel!

O hotel fica próximo aos principais pontos turísticos, a decoração é linda e os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. O café da manhã é uma delícia e com uma vista maravilhosa. Recomendo!

2026.5 46歳男性ひとり。レギスタン広場などからは少し離れていますが、歩くのが苦にならなければ非常に良い場所でした。また、ホテルの前までタクシーはつけてくれます。(なおグーリ・アミール廟の道まで未舗装の道を通って出ればタクシーに気兼ねなくゆっくり乗れます。) ホテル内、室内はともに非常にかわいく、朝ごはんの屋上のテラスは本当に最高でした。また、ほどよく清潔でアメニティは歯ブラシと石鹸類とタオルなどでした。ドライヤーはありました。 個人的に加齢による失敗談ですが、フロントにてパスポートをコピーしてもらう必要があります。その際スタッフさんに喋りかけてしまい、受け取り忘れてそのまま3時間ほどフロント内に置き忘れてたことがありましたのでみなさんもお気をつけください。こんな情けないこと私だけだと思いますが…

I rarely leave a bad review for hotels but this place just seemed like death by a thousand cuts. When we checked in, it felt like they gave us the worst room they had, on the ground floor facing a busy street, even though we had booked for four nights. When I asked to change, they said they were completely booked. When I pressed further on whether more expensive rooms were available, they said yes. So communication could be improved a little here. The room we changed to turned out to face an inner courtyard which got almost no natural light. So your choice is a view of an alley with people and cars going by, or no natural light. Whenever people hung out in the courtyard or in the hallway, it was super loud in the room. The walls are paper thin. The bathroom stank with the smell of sewage gas from the pipes. The room was nicely decorated but you could see small cracks in some places that hadn't been repaired. On the last day we had to change our room to another one and we realized on the morning of that there was no hot water in the shower. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, and the room was very pretty with murals of pomegranates or camels. Good art in the hallways too. And it was walking distance to many restaurants and the Emir Timur Mausoleum. The breakfast was decent, especially because you could order hot omelettes. Housekeeping also did a great job everyday.

Gur-e-AmirやOqsaroyの廟のすぐ近くです。

テラスからの眺めはいいです。アフラシャブの丘の手前までの主な観光地はホテルから北東２キロぐらいの間の範囲あるので、歩いて回れないことはないです。静かな環境です。ホスピタリティはいいです。

異国情緒のある内装の素敵なお部屋。設備も新しく、快適。朝食は工夫がこらされて品数も豊富。屋上テラスからグールアミール廟が見え、外の風を感じて食事を取ることもできます。スタッフも皆さん感じよく親切で、何泊でもしたくなる本当に気持ちの良い滞在でした。レギスタン広場からも15分くらいで歩けます。ぜひオススメします。、、

Cleanliness, quiet, friendly staff, walkable location, the décore is beautiful their breakfast buffet was awesome! The view from the dining area was special! Staff helpful and accessible to the sites. All around highly recommend staying here!!!!!

Needs repair

Great looking hotel, good sized rooms and good breakfast / meal options. Our ceiling in the bathroom leaked for the entirety of our stay and the hotel staff were unable to fix this, meaning we had limited access to the bathroom.

1泊でお世話になりました。スタッフの方がとても良く笑顔で迎えて下さいました。チェックインの時間よりかなり早かったのでキャリーを預かった貰おうとしたんですが、部屋の準備をして下さいました。大きい荷物を抱えていたのでとても嬉しかったです。また、朝食の種類が豊富な上に、味も美味しかったです。最上階で絶景を見ながら食べる事ができ優雅な朝食でした。今回サマルカンドへは1泊だけだったので次回はもう少しゆっくり滞在したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

Outstanding service.

The hotel was great, great location, and so clean. The smell of clean laundry every morning going through the hotel is amazing. The staff couldn’t have been better, the reception were so accommodating and always there to help. Answered question and delivered straight away. The restaurant upstairs was great as well. The waiter working at night time was fantastic, so nice and accommodating. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. The room was comfortable, the blue light in the bathroom was a tad out of place and made the room dark.

Very shocked and annoyed when I was asked to pay for my room for my last night when I had paid everything in full two days before. Very very annoyed. This spoiled my whole impression of the hotel.

As soon as you walk through the front door you are met with authentic period decor that transports you back in time. The staff were very friendly and helped me book a guide around the city. The room was exceptionally cleanand comfortable. I don't know people have knocked the breakfast as I found it to be diverse and well made. I especially liked that you could purchase an espresso drink rather than drink Nescafe from a pot. Overall, i gel this was an excellent choice.

Nice hotel with beautiful interior ign and service

We had a nice one-night stay. The location is within an area where local people live rather than just a block of hotels, so you can easily get a bit of an insight in everyone's daily life. It is still on a walking distance to the main tourist attractions. We didn't have the possibility to try the breakfast buffet since we had to leave before 7 in the morning but we asked for breakfast boxes which were nice. The room was in good condition but we would have wished more from the bathroom which was a bit old fashioned and there was a pipe from the roof to the shower which didn't make any sense.
