Quiet country house with sea view and garden

Sun, sandy beach, nature: only 2 km away from the most beautiful sandy beaches in the region including the "Maldives of Salento", known for its golden sand and crystal clear water this spacious holiday home on two levels, surrounded by 8,000 sqm garden, is waiting for you in this beautiful hillside location.

The house is divided into three apartments, and here you're renting all of them together: hence, you will have the entire house and the property just for yourself. The house is therefore ideal for a larger group or 2-3 families who are going on holiday together but prefer to keep some privacy.

The apartment on the upper floor is the largest and can accommodate up to four people. It has a large living room with kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, which can also be joined), a bathroom with shower and a very large covered terrace with a southerly orientation and unobstructed sea views. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (moka), dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. The apartment was renovated at the beginning of 2024: bathroom, floors and many furniture items are brandnew.

In the basement there are two smaller apartments, each with a living room, a double bedroom, a shower room, a small kitchen and a sofa bed in the living rooms. Each of the two apartments can accommodate up to three people. The lower apartments also have a large terrace with a view of the countryside and, partially, the Ionian Sea.

The apartments are all air conditioned (air conditioning units in the living rooms). Business WiFi with unlimited traffic is available to our guests free of charge. A washing machine is also available.

There is also a barbecue and three outdoor showers in the outdoor area. The terraces are furnished (tables, chairs, deck chairs).

The location of the house is fantastic: just a few minutes' drive from several beautiful sandy beaches, yet in the middle of nature and away from traffic. The village of Pescoluse is about 2 km away, where you will find a small supermarket and several cafes and restaurants. Larger supermarkets and many restaurants can be reached within a radius of 5-10 km. From the port of Torre Vado (about 3 km away) we organize regular boat trips to discover the attractions of the coast with its sea caves and lighthouses; as a guest you benefit from a special discount.





Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.

Final cleaning is not included and costs €180, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.

We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,42 on 19/01/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

By booking this accommodation, you accept that:

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.

Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.

Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.

Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
