Our holiday home is waiting for you with a private pool, a beautiful garden and the sandy beach a few hundred meters away!Here you can relax and forget everyday life. The holiday home is ideal for a family, especially with children, or a group of friends. It offers two double rooms and a sofa bed in the living room, two bathrooms with shower (one of which is only accessible from the outside of the house), a large air-conditioned living area with an open kitchen including an oven, a covered outdoor terrace with some sea views, and a large, enclosed garden with plenty of space and a nice stone barbecue area. A small pool (approx. 5.50 x 2.50 meters, approx. 1.25 meters deep) offers cooling and fun for the whole family. The house, pool and garden are private for your exclusive use.The house is located in Pescoluse, a small town on the Ionian coast of Salento. The sandy beach is less than 1 km away and can also be reached on foot. There are several shops, restaurants and cafes in the village, so you don't necessarily need a car for everyday life.Many sports activities are possible in the area (cycling, hiking, sailing, renting a boat, fishing, etc.). The best way to explore the sea caves of the southernmost tip of Apulia is by boat from Santa Maria di Leuca (15 minutes away by car). The towns of Gallipoli, Galatina, Otranto, Lecce with their historical town centres can be reached within 25-60 minutes by car. Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €24 per person. Final cleaning is not included and costs €100, unless you clean yourselves before departure. Dogs and pets are allowed (max 2 dogs or pets, surcharge €100 per dog/pet). You will need to inform us in advance. We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage. Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,39 on 20/12/2024, when this text was last updated, but as prices are fluctuating a lot, your actual price per kWh will be communicated a few days before your arrival based on the current market price.We decided not to include electricity costs in the rent in order to: a) keep our rental prices stable despite inflation and b) incentivate our guests to use electricity responsibly, helping us to reach our sustainability goals.
