IMPORTANT NOTES

- The property does not have air conditioning, but as it is located on the top floor, it is a well-ventilated place.

- Dispose of trash in the trash can, in the stairwell area, which is in the hallway of the floor.

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee or seasonings, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are normally open from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. Therefore, we ask for advance check-in to avoid inconvenience to the guest or any difficulties with check-in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.
