Some important instructions for your stay:

CHECK-IN

- It is essential to send a photo of all guests' ID 3 business days in advance for access authorization. The administrative department is open weekdays, Monday through Friday, until 3:00 PM. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or impediments to check-in.

- Under no circumstances will it be possible to change the guest list after receipt, as the condominium does not accept changes. Visitors and extra people are also not permitted on the reservation.

- All guests are required to wear an identification bracelet. If the bracelet breaks or is damaged, the guest will be charged R$10.00 for a replacement.

- Check-in must be between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

BEEHOST PROVIDES ITEMS FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: a sheet and liner for each bed, a blanket, pillows, and a towel for each guest. (Replacement fees will be charged separately. Please contact us.)

You will find on-site: soap, a face towel, bathroom floor mats, toilet paper, and a sponge. (Replacement of these is the guest's responsibility.)

The property will be clean upon check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleaning, as our rates are discounted based on the number of days booked. (If you require additional cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please contact us.)

VENUE RESTRICTIONS

- No loud music

- No parties or events

- No visitors or guests not named in the reservation

- No pets

- No smoking inside the property

- We do not provide garage parking.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- The pool area is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM and is closed on Mondays for maintenance. This date may be changed at the discretion of the building management without prior notice. There are signs in the pool area with rules for use, and guests must observe and follow these rules, and are subject to fines for non-compliance.

- Glass, crockery, sharp objects, and the use of barbecue grills are prohibited in the entire pool area (inside and outside). Balls, sports games, and any use that may cause disturbance to other guests are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted. No sound is permitted.

- Food and beverages are not permitted inside or near the pool.

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are personal food items.

- We provide guests with an 18 kWh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be exceeded, but if exceeded, we will charge you after check-out. The rate is R$1.20 per kWh.
