This bright and colorful "beachy" decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath (showers) unit is perfect for those seeking the sun here on the Crystal Coast! There is plenty of metal animal fun on the walls to liven up the second bedroom. The master bedroom holds a queen bed while the second bedroom holds a pyramid bunk bed and single twin. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy hanging out on the balcony, soaking up the beach and pool views. This unit is conveniently located to the elevator and rents by the week only. Reservations include linens and towels with freshly made beds. Unit rents Sunday to Sunday. Located in Building A. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Summer Winds provides an amazing number of recreational amenities that make it "the vacation spot" of choice for renters year after year. Available for your leisure are three large outdoor pools with tanning decks; a heated indoor pool; both indoor and outdoor hot tubs; men and women's saunas; as well as a professionally equipped exercise facility. Our sports complex center also features racquetball, basketball, and lighted tennis courts to cater to the active competitors in your family. There is also an arcade with a snack bar. NO BOAT PARKING.


Additionally, Summer Winds offers an ideal setting for groups and meetings with its conference facilities, lounge, and security staff. Nearby you'll enjoy local dining, golf courses, and shopping.

We really enjoyed all the amenties property had to offer. Loved snack bar. Loved pools and gym. The beach is beautiful. The vuews from condo lovely.

This property could not have been in a better location if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing beach vacation. The unit was clean and had good views of the pool and the ocean.

Beautiful Condo!

Our condo was beautiful, well furnished & stocked! We had amazing views of both the pool and the ocean. I will definitely stay here again. The only small inconveniences that I encountered were the fact that the realty company was located at the Atlantic Beach end, almost 15 minutes from the condo. Also because this condo is located at Indian Beach. You almost have to travel 15 minutes to either end of the island for stores and restaurants. If you come prepared, this is no problem. But I frequently had to make trips to get items here and there. Overall, it was a great condo, there were lots of amenities and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice, relaxing stay

Condo was clean and roomy enough for five of us. Great beach access. Beach was never crowded and the vibe was very laid back. We needed a quiet, relaxing break and that’s what we had!

Overall, a great stay 🙂

My family and I enjoyed the pool, hot tub, beach, and tennis. There was more activities to offer but we couldn’t fit it all in! The accommodations were adequate. The furnishings were quite nice! However, the kitchen is in need of some TLC as is the front bathroom. A great week 🏝

Beware of renting this one

Just returned from a two night stay at this condo. My daughter and I had invited a couple of friends to join us for her birthday and I was embarrassed that we were staying in this unit. It needs so much maintenance and cleaning. Blinds were broken and unusable, lights and outlets didn't work, microwave tripped the circuit breaker, showers and vanities were broken and nothing seemed clean - so dusty and stained. My friend's bed pillows had blood stains - I was mortified! This unit is not up to a standard to be rented to guests without a lot of cleaning and maintenance. The corner of the kitchen counter was literally taped up. I am definitely not happy that I paid such a high nightly rate for this. I would have been much better off at a hotel.

Indian Beach is great spot in middle of island. Older property with good amenities that are well maintained. One should note that exhaust fans in bathrooms were not put in & carpet was the choice flooring. As long as you are ok with that then you will have a nice stay.

Great stay on the crystal coast

Clean, cute decor. Responsive realty office. Pools and hot tubs are maintained well. Cafe has decent food and reasonable prices. Didn't see a single "waterbug" in the unit or anywhere on the premises. Check in and out were simple and fast. The pull out sofa was surprisingly comfortable, according to my oldest son. The only thing we found to be truly lacking were exhaust fans in the unit bathrooms. Overall, we were pleased with our stay here and would stay on the property again, though we'd probably select a different unit for a more direct view of the ocean.

Very Nice Condo at a Wonderful Resort

We had a wonderful time here! The beds were very comfy, the unit was clean for the most part, the resort amenities are what made this vacation! The main pool was amazing , the racquet ball, tennis, and basketball courts were so much fun! The fitness room and local biking/running trails were fantastic! Paired with this fabulous unit and all of it’s amenities made for a memorable and enjoyable vacation! We had a minor issue with the unit door getting jammed and being unable to get in our unit, but Realty World and the Summer Winds staff were so quick to fix the problem, and were so polite and friendly in doing so, that it was as if it never even happened! Thank you all so much! We had a wonderful time!!
