Clean, spacious and all you need for one night. Located 20 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport and walking distance from a plethora of restaurants and shops.

Stays longer than one night will be considered with an additional cleaning fee of $15*

Be aware that there is a unit upstairs, therefore the potential for noise (earplugs provided)

The location is within walking distance to many grocery, shopping, dining and entertainment options. Easy access to the space with key and code. A clever refashioning of a basement to create a vrbo space. If no guests are upstairs, it is reasonably private and quite. Great responsive host.

Best bang for your buck

This is a great place to stay. Close to many, many amenities ( restaurants, stores, the mall and much more). Marcel the host is extremely accomodating and very nice to work with

Changed last minute

The landlord messaged me the morning of my checkin to let me know that my booked space was no longer available and I could either be refunded or take a different room. As it was the same day I did not have time to find another place, so took the other room which was much smaller and with fewer amenities than my original booking. Paid for the larger suite still though

Stay to move in college student

Overall the property is a bit funky, the bathroom and kitchen are one room. However the space overall was comfortable and fit our needs for the few days we were in town.

Comfortable and Unique

As the description states, this studio apartment is best for a traveler passing through, one to two nights. But we decided to travel last minute to visit family and needed to stay for four nights! The comfortable was the bedroom and living area. Unique the kitchen/bathroom, but it worked for the two of us. Pet friendly and a great location for our dog.

Gross Bugs

I don’t know how this house got 5 stars. You enter from a garage into a shady basement. Would not rate this place as clean or 5 stars. Found dead bug in bed and advised owner would not be staying. He claimed they spray monthly for bed bugs but someone must have brought it in. Claims was not a bed bug but looked like it and was on mattress. Did refund a portion of my fees but because if VBRO policy could not get full refund. When I asked for owners help with refund was told dried up dead bugs not an issue and infestation is. I would not stay here.

Basement with thin walls

Did not receive any email or information about the checkin process. We had to call and get a text version from the owner who was nice and very responsive. The room is in the basement and when the remnants of the house are walking around you can hear every footstep. Think twice if you are a light sleeper.

Perfect for passers by

This place was perfect for what my wife and I needed. It has everything you need even a refrigerator, which was great for keeping our food cold and keeping our ice packs cold for the rest of our camping trip to Moab.
