NOTE if you are coming for a long stay reach out for a discount pet fee!!

We allow (2) pets! You'll need to agree to $25/night per pet fee, added to the booking total (Please ask about the pet fees for longer stays). Please also agree to a Zero impact pet policy (meaning there will be no sign a pet was onsite upon departure, you don’t allow pets in furniture or on rugs, and the housekeeper has no extra work as a result of a pet being there). You accept full liability for your pets. Please keep the pets out of the bedrooms.

Utah has a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
