The Grand America Hotel
"The hotel was beautiful and front desk staff was great. The food was mediocre and the wait staff in the bar have zero customer service skills and are rude. They huff and puff and roll their eyes when you ask for service. It ruined our experience at the hotel we once loved."

"Crazy screaming guy when we entered the lobby. Not the staffs fault, but just an intense way to start the stay. Hotel location was great. Breakfast area was a little small."
