The house has three comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, one with a rain shower and the other two with bathtubs. The spacious, cozy living room has a separate dining area and an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with the latest appliances, ideal for preparing delicious meals, which you can then enjoy on the spacious terrace.
The villa has a separate apartment on the lower ground floor with a living room and an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a bathroom, and a private terrace. This makes the villa ideal for larger groups, two families, or those who like to have more space.

The villa is fully equipped. All rooms have air conditioning, so you can enjoy pleasant coolness even on the hottest days. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The villa also has a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Outside the villa, there is a beautiful covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue, so you can enjoy the evenings with friends or family. The swimming pool (8 x 4 meters) can be illuminated in the evening and also has a built-in staircase. The beach, restaurants, and shops are less than a 10-minute drive away. Malaga, Granada and Almeria airports are all easily accessible.

If you can tear yourself away from this beautiful villa, there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area: The Sierra Nevada ski resort, where you can also enjoy lovely walks, is a 75-minute drive away, so you can ski in the morning (from December to April) and enjoy the beach or your pool in the afternoon. The 18-hole golf course, located right on the beach, is a 10-minute drive away. The picturesque mountain villages of the Alpujarras are close to the villa, as well as the beautiful historic city of Granada, with its world-famous Alhambra Palace and also Málaga with its historic city center, cathedral and Picasso Museum.
