LA COMMISSERIA Beautiful new house with private pool surrounded by nature

The house LA COMMISSERIA is part of the farm "I TRE FRATELLI" and is an Agriturismo. The house is independent and highly ecological, fully renovated - end of works December 2019 - can accommodate family groups/friends who love nature and silence and has an exclusive salt pool and private garden of 1500 square meters. The house, very bright, is on two floors, kitchen and hall on the ground floor plus two double rooms with private bathroom and on the second floor four double rooms, two with private bathroom and two with a shared bathroom. It can accommodate 14 people, 2 in sofa bed in one large room. There is a salt pool. There is a pergola with outdoor table with a wood-fired BBq nearby. Inside is a corner fireplace and a kitchen super-equipped with both appliances and various equipment. The garden has fruit, olive and ornamental plants. It is situated in the Alto Garda Park, in one of the most scenic places on the lake at 600 m asl in the hills behind Salo'.
We accept pets and for each pet there is an additional charge of €25 per stay.
A cot/crib and high chair are available on request

Das Haus ist super und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus hatte genug Platz für die gesamte Familie (8 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind), und auch der Außenbereich mit großem Garten, Pool und Liegen hatte alles, was man sich wünschen konnte. Die Lage nahe bei Salò ist toll! Was man aber bedenken sollte, ist, dass die Unterkunft auf einem Berg gelegen ist und Auf- und abstieg mit dem Auto allein schon jedes mal 15 Minuten in Anspruch nehmen. Wir waren mit zwei Autos unterwegs, da war das kein Problem, aber mal eben kurz in die Stadt reinfahren oder gar zu Fuß laufen ist da nicht möglich, obwohl es wirklich sehr nahe gelegen ist. Riccardo und Marina waren außerdem sehr hilfreiche und flexibele Gastgeber, wofür wir sehr dankbar waren. Ich kann das Haus größeren Familien nur empfehlen!

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit keinerlei Verbesserungsvorschläge! 100 Prozent Happy, top Weiterempfehlung

Wir hatten als Familie einen perfekten Urlaub und Aufenthalt bei Riccardo. Von der Buchung bis zu den Schlüsselübergaben und das Haus und deren Ausstattung hat uns mehr als 100% zufrieden gestellt. Absolute Herzensempfehlung, auch die Lage war top mit kleinem Blick auf den See. Die Ausstattung vom Haus war bemerkenswert. Es wurde an alles gedacht sowie die Küche übermäßig gut ausgestattet. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder und würden Riccardo jederzeit zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen!

We got married on Lake Garda and had the pleasure of staying at la commisseria - everything was perfect! Riccardo and Marina went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable- they even let us come and see their new puppies! 20/10 recommend for anyone staying in the Gardone area!

Traumtage über dem Gardasee

Marina und Riccardo sind tolle hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Das Haus ist wunderschön und hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurde es großartig ökologisch saniert. Die Lage oberhalb von Salò ist ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt für jede Form von Aktivitäten. Das kleine Dorf San Bartolomeo im Kontrast ein Ort der Ruhe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir (6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) sind im Haus La Commisseria angekommen und haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl gefühlt! Swimmingpool, herrlicher Garten, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, gute Betten, herzliche Begrüßung und perfekte Betreuung von Riccardo und Marina! Unvergesslicher Ferienaufenthalt

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Umgebung. Erwachsene und Kinder haben den Pool, auch Dank schönem Wetter sehr genossen. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis war unser Besuch im Kastanienhain unserer Gastgeber. Gemeinsam mit unseren Enkelkindern durften wir bei der Ernte mithelfen. Einen besonderen Dank geht an unsere tollen Gastgeber Riccardo und Marina, die immer für uns da waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely house in wonderful location

The house and grounds are both beautifully maintained and appointed. Ricardo was very happy to guide and help with any questions. We were blessed with great weather and this allowed us to enjoy the pool, sunbeds and shade for the whole week. The house has high quality fittings and is very well cared for and maintained. The air con in all rooms and comfortable beds means a great nights sleep even in hot weather. The family run restaurant a few steps from the front gate is a great asset to ensure you can enjoy simple local food and walk home in minutes.

A peaceful retreat with exceptional hosts.We stayed at this beautiful house for two weeks as a family of ten – my husband and I, our four grown children and their partners, and my mother. The property exceeded all expectations: spacious, impeccably maintained, and set in stunning, tranquil surroundings with hiking trails just outside the door.Tucked away in the mountains behind Salo, the house offered a serene escape, with breathtaking views and a sense of privacy that's hard to find. Everything worked perfectly, and the layout gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together.A highlight of our stay was the private chef evening recommended by our hosts – Maria and her two sons treated us to a gourmet experience in the comfort of the house. It felt like dining at a fine restaurant, just more personal and relaxed.Marina and Riccardo were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt at home and well cared for. I can’t recommend this place highly enough for large families or groups looking for a peaceful getaway with a touch of luxury. Thank you Marina and Riccardo!

Magnifique maison dans les hauteurs de Salò, Lac de Garde

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans la maison de Riccardo, six belles chambres dont quatre avec salle de bains privative. La maison est très bien équipée refaite au goût du jour et très pratique. La piscine est grande, le mobilier de jardin est flambant neuf et très confortable. La maison est située à 15/20 minutes du centre de Salò, charmante ville côtière du lac de Garde et de nombreux commerces sont à 10/15 minutes de la maison. Riccardo nous a accueillis et tout expliqué avec beaucoup de gentillesse :)

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in der Traumvilla von Riccardo und Martina!

Wir sind angekommen und wurden sofort herzlich von Riccardo und Martina empfangen. Der erste Anblick hat uns schon begeistert - ein wunderschönes Anwesen, eine große und gut geschnitten Villa, ein traumhafter Blick und eine ruhige Lage. Pool, Garten, Apfelbaum, moderne Bäder, gemütlich eingerichtet Zimmer, eine tolle Terrasse, super ausgestattete Küche- es ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt! Uns wurde alles genau gezeigt, und wir hätten Riccardo jederzeit kontaktieren können. Alles war in einem Top Zustand, sehr sauber & der Abschied fiel sehr herzlich aus. Total unproblematischer Kontakt per WhatsApp, Parkplätze auf dem Anwesen und zwei Flaschen leckeren Wein gab es als Willkommensgruß - wir kommen sehr gerne mal wieder!

Wir hatten eine tolle Ferienwoche mit befreundeten Familien. Genossen Haus, Garten und Pool. Das Haus hat einen beeindruckenden Ausbaustandard und ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und auch die Bäder bieten Komfort. Allgemein ist das ganze Haus so ausgelegt, dass auch bei Vollbelegung alles Nötige vorhanden ist. Es gibt einen mehrfach ausziehbaren Tisch und genügend Stühle. Auch finden alle einen Rückzugsort. Die Temperatur auf dem Hügel ist etwas kühler als unten in Salò. Was im Sommer ein Vorteil sein könnte. Im Herbst ist etwas schade, dass der Pool nicht beheizt ist. Die Warmwasserkollektoren wären ja auf dem Dach vorhanden. Wir hatten deutlich weniger Mücken als in der Woche davor am Meer. Dafür hatte es etwas mehr Wespen und Bienen. Gehört zum Landleben dazu. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst nett, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Sie geben gerne Tipps für Ausflüge, Reiseziele etc. und wohnen ganz in der Nähe. Bei Bedarf kann man sich jederzeit an sie wenden. Salò ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar und bot uns alles was wir brauchten. Wir fanden einen familienfreundlichen Klettergarten, Gleitschirm Landeplatz & Wassersportangebote. Auch zum biken bieten sich viele Möglichkeiten.

Tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht

Wir haben eine Woche hier verbracht und waren insgesamt 4 Familien mit 6 Kindern. Dafür war das Haus perfekt. Jeder hatte seine Privatsphäre mit einem eigenen modernem sauberen Zimmer mit Bad. Der Gastgeber Riccardo hat uns freundlich empfangen und alles war total unkompliziert. Der große Garten mit Pool war für die Kinder natürlich ein Highlight. Die Küche war super ausgestattet mit wirklich allem was man braucht! Das kann man generell vom ganzen Haus sagen. Frische Handtücher waren vorhanden, ebenso wie ausreichend Handtücher für den Pool. Einzige Minuspunkte waren der Poolroboter, der leider nicht so gut funktioniert hat. (Der Pool war nach 1 Woche etwas verschmutzt). Außerdem wäre bei solch einem stolzen Preis für die Unterkunft ein Seeblick schön gewesen. Das Haus liegt am Waldrand und die Bäume drum herum versperren leider die Sicht. Wir haben hier eine tolle Woche verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet und hat einen hohen Standard. Wir kommen wieder! :)

Iron didn’t workTV remote was missing from upstairs tv so we couldn’t even turn it on.Front door didn’t look safe. Significant gap between door frame and actual door. The latch bolt barely reached the strike plate on the frame. We ended up pushing a chair under the door handle.House just looks like it’s not well maintained. There were broken bathroom fixtures or just holes where fixtures once were. Just slapped on some sloppy blotchy paint to improve the look and did some patch work throughout. The house is very dusty. We know it’s impossible to pick up every dust particle but this place had layers of it. I did reach out to host company and they offered to change out a shower curtain but the mold was an issue in 3 bathrooms so we didn’t seethe point. We just took quick showers with out flip flops on and avoided the bottom floor bathroom which was the worst. Host also offered to reimburse for the iron I purchased but we just brought it back it home with us. I was only able to post 3 of 10 pictures

Toller Aufenthalt in einem fantastischen Ferienhaus mit super netten Fermietern !!

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen und mit allem was benötigt wurde ausgestattetem Haus. Die Zimmer und Bäder waren sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet und in der modernen Küche fehlte es an nichts. Aber besonders zu erwähnen sind Marina und Riccardo es sind sehr nette,sympathische und hilfsbereite Menschen. Dieses Ferienhaus kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und toll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und auch in der Hitze sehr angenehm. Der Salzpool war unser Highlight, perfekt! Riccardo und Marina sind sehr hilfsbereit, super nett und unkompliziert. Sie haben auch Tipps für Ausflüge und Sehenswertes. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Empfehlenswert !

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, waren immer zu erreichen und uns wurde bei allem geholfen. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr groß und der Garten mit Pool sehr schön zum entspannen. Und das alles für einen sehr guten Preis. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
