  • A first-floor apartment in a building just a short walk from the lakefront and the most popular nightspots, suitable for a couple plus a newborn (free of charge).
    The Space
    The two-room apartment features an entryway leading to a spacious living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen.
    The apartment also features a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a bathroom equipped with a shower, a washing machine, and a full set of towels per person.
    We are happy to provide a crib and a high chair free of charge upon request.
    Dogs are welcome :-)
    Other things to keep in mind

    Paid parking (Apcoa Parking “Civico al centro”) and the bus station are located 200 meters from the apartment.

    Currently, there is NO air conditioning. During the hottest months, we provide fans and a portable air conditioner.
