  • Hermosa casa histórica construida en 1899 y recientemente renovada con todas las comodidades modernas. Ubicado en el borde tranquilo del centro de la ciudad, nuestro lugar se encuentra frente al río, y a 3 cuadras de tiendas, galerías, parques y vida nocturna. Rutas de senderismo y ciclismo de montaña están a solo 4 cuadras de distancia en la hermosa S Mountain.
    La cama Queen de Su Casa ha sido descrita como "loca y cómoda".
    La cocina está totalmente equipada para cocinar y comer, además de parrilla a gas y patio privado con parrilla y vistas a S Mountain.
    Usted obtiene todo el lugar para usted (dormitorio con cama grande, baño, cocina, sala de estar y patio trasero con parrilla a gas).
    Hay una habitación en la segunda cama que no estará disponible y desocupada durante su estadía. No está bloqueado, pero le pedimos que ignore el espacio.

We certainly enjoyed our stay in La Casita Colorada, it was just a short walk to the river and downtown area, and was such a nice place to stay! We will definitely check this one out next time we're in Salida

FibArk Weekend

We had a great 5 day stay during FibArk. The condo had everything we needed and was 2 blocks from the festival grounds. Would stay there again next time we are in Salida.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was the perfect "home base" for all our hiking and biking day trips. This is where i want to stay anytime I come to Salida!

Adorable place. So comfortable and convenient. Loved watching the hummingbiirds in the backyard and the quick walk to all the fun downtown. Hosts are kind and quick to respond.

Short stay in Salida

Jess is a great host. Great communication and the little notes around the house were helpful and provided a warm touch. The property is very convenient to downtown and to many area activities. We will certainly book again with Jess when we are back in town.

The host was a joy. She constantly stayed in touch to see if I needed anything. House has plenty of room and there is a nice kitchen area as well.

We are first time visitors to Salida from New Mexico. We loved every second of our time staying at this sweet home. It was cozy and quiet, very clean and it had everything we could have ever needed. Communications were timely and welcoming. We plan to return to experience other seasons In this beautiful spot by the river. It was absolutely the best place to celebrate a special birthday! Enjoyed our stay!

We're glad this place is an easy walk to the Riverside Park & Alpine Park and shopping & dining in town. We enjoyed breakfast on the deck and the grill in the evening. The home is spacious - nice eat-in kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Salida is a great town and there are plenty of areas to explore within a 2-hour drive. Would definitely recommend!

Stay in Salida, CO

My husband and I came to hike and stayed in this property. We didn't realize that most homes in Salida do NOT have air conditioning. So that was an adjustment for us flat-landers! But the house is in a great location to walk downtown and to the park and River Walk.
