This is a beautiful home!!! A koi pond in the lovely back yard was so impressive---and the great deck was a bonus as well. I t was rainy and we really couldn't enjoy it, but in good weather, what a treat it would be to sit outside on the spacious covered patio with a glass of wine. The amenities inside were great--could not be more pleased. Thank you.

This was a perfect spot for accessing wine country. The apartment is neat, clean, and functional. There was a nice bottle of wine waiting in the kitchen. There are several great wine bar/restaurants across the street. Highly recommended.

Perfect get away for 4 ladies- first visit to Willamette valley! Perfect location for wine tour, shopping , great restaurants and Tasting rooms. Easy house access, comfy beds, lovely fireplace. Wet weather did not allow for the fire pit but it was nice it was available. A definite return will be planned!!

House was perfect for our (4) girls wine trip getaway to McMinnville and the surrounding Willamette Valley. House was very comfortably furnished, kitchen had everything we needed and more. Mattresses were comfortable. Back patio so pleasant for relaxing after dinner. Would definitely stay here again!

We were on a wine tasting weekend with friends and this was the perfect house for us. Great neighborhood and location. It was very clean and well appointed. It’s a pet friendly home so we were able to bring our pooch. Love that there are no lingering pet odors. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Keeping this on our list of places to stay.

The house was clean and well kept. Great outdoor space but really no place to hang out and relax inside. No couch, no TV (except upstairs in a loft area). Didn't work very well as we like to hang out in the kitchen/family area to socialize.

The house is very well appointed with the most complete kitchen we've ever enjoyed as well as a very pretty backyard, comfy beds and linens. Kelly, the owner, was there extremely accommodating in terms of checking in early and checking out so that our family could enjoy as much time together as possible.

We visited for some wine tasting with friends. House fit the four couples well. Kitchen was well stocked and nice to have a covered patio/grill for when it is raining. Big table for family dinner. Our first time visiting McMinnville. House was in quiet neighborhood though far from town. Some things to note... * the 4th bedroom is upstairs with no bathroom. Half bath is located at the bottom of stairs. * the spare full bath is shared by the 3 bedrooms which can be difficult. * grass was overgrown, so weren't able to hang out there when there was no rain. * downstairs has slightly awkward layout with no "living room" to relax. There are 4 chairs facing each other but nothing to lounge back unless go upstairs to room by 4th bedroom where there is a small couch/chair. Couldn't use it while people were sleeping in 4th bedroom. * patio furniture cushions were a little worn/stained. * appreciated pet friendly but think owner has cats as one person had some allergy issues. Again, good house. Just some things to note to make sure fully informed.

I stayed with a group of gals for a wine weekend. Central location and easy access to downtown McMinnville, Carlton, Yamhill, etc. The covered outdoor area is a plus if it's nice enough to sit outside but raining. We also were able to have a fire in the firepit out back. Kitchen is well stocked. There is also a nice trail to walk. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

We absolutely loved this property. It was stunning and had all the things we needed. The owner was amazing at communicating and even helped return things we accidentally left behind. I would totally stay here again. My kids loved every part of this house.
