Cottage at Over & Under Farm

Quaint, rustic cottage situated on almost 300 acres of pristine farm-land. You will have this home to yourself. It is adjacent to the main farm-house which is occasionally occupied by guests. Our cottage offers two bedrooms with two full beds and a twin bed in each room, totaling six beds. The kitchen has all your basic needs plus a kuerig coffee maker and microwave. The 300 acres are well maintained, offering beautiful views and great terrain for walking, hiking or mountain biking.

We have a propane bbq grill, picnic table, hammock, fire pit and other outdoor entertainment areas for you to enjoy.

There are no parties or events allowed without prior consent.

No unregistered guests or visitors.
Other things to note
If you’re hoping to bring your dog, please ask permission before hand. We like to know the breed, vaccination history (up to date) and demeanor of your pet. Dogs cannot be left unattended at any time.

There's a beautiful farmhouse on the property as well, inquire about both homes for larger groups.

Fall/Winter: There could be hunting on some areas of our property. We will let you know what areas are safe for you to walk, hike, etc.
