Best place to stay in Salalah!

Amazing hotel. The best in Salalah! Special thanks to the all staff and particularly the kindness of Mr Fernandez! The location is perfect in the center city. You can even walk for every where. Souk and beaches are close. The bedroom are comfortable and the breakfast excellent.

Fabulous Hotel in Salalah..

The InterCity Hotel in Salalah is in a great location to explore the City. The nearby Sultan Qaboos Mosque is amazing to see. All other tourist attractions are only a short taxi journey away. The staff are all very nice, the Breakfast offers a good selection to start the day.The Café near the reception is open 24 hours. There are many local Restaurants to try for lunch and dinner. The Hotel has only been opened since June 2016, I will stay here on my next visit to Salalah.

ABSOLUTELY LOVELY...

I had previously stayed at the Intercity Muscat and was so impressed that I booked Intercity Salalah on my next trip. This hotel is absolutely beautiful and right in Central Salalah. Rooms are beautifully appointed and very comfortable although the bed was a little hard. It was nice to have a balcony but it was very small and not even a seat out there. Service here was absolutely impeccable. The staff cannot do enough for you. The pool is very small and very shallow. That was a little disappointing. Breakfast buffet was also a little disappointing but I don't think there were many guests staying there and having more choices would just lead to more waste. The hotel is very modern and clean. It was delightful to stay at. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Mold on the bathroom and bedroom ceiling. The walls were too thin - could hear conversations in the adjacent room if the AC was off. Could hear kids crying across the hall. The doorbells in adjacent rooms would seem like someone was ringing the bell in our room as the walls were so thin. Could hear the adjoining rooms alarm clock at 5 am. Happened both mornings we were there. Was a non smoking floor but someone was smoking in their room. The hallway stank when we got out of the elevators one evening. The towel had a lipstick stain on it. Would not recommend this hotel nor would I be staying in it again. Breakfast was decent.

Excellent hotel with friendly, attentive staff. I spent 4 nights here. The room was spacious and very clean. Excellent housekeeping staff. Breakfast was excellent. Located near the big mosque which was nice to see. Highly recommended.

Staff were great, the location is nice, and breakfast was plentiful. My suggestion to the hotel would be to invest in better ventilation and/or drainage. But for a short visit, it was great!

Verry friendly staff in the restaurant and for the room service. Room was thoroughly cleaned every day incl wet swep. Pool on the roof top is quite small and was not really refreshing, too warm. The bed. was a bit hard, but otherwise the room was OK, 2 Charisma, small table and sufficent storage space.

Excellent and Good Location

Very good and quick check in , i was offered balcony and corner room top floor.Reception employee so helpul.comfortable bed the room was lovely and bathroom excellent and large walk in shower.Breakfast was good choice fresh fruits cereal and eggs. Air con and wifi excellent in the room with fast speed.I had lunch 3 times in the hotel very good service and everything is freshly cooked.All the staff at hotel were most helpful courteous and nothing was too much trouble for then .fridge and kettle in the .room which was useful and free water every day Hotel price very reasonable for quality of the hoel Higjly recommended

Good basics, great staff.

This is a perfectly nice hotel developed by a German company. Great service especially Arjun who was exceptionally helpful and professional. There are a few small things that are minor but could catch up with the place if not watched like a shower that drains way too slowly. But nice room, interesting area (two minute walk to super market), good breakfast selection.

Nice room, confortable bed and very good service. We had a problem in our room but the staff was very very reactive. They fixed the problem and even suggested to give us another room (we said yes). Special thank to the front desk staff !! The breakfast is also yummy. We definitely recommend.
