Gîte à la Ferme

Hello,
for rent in a small quiet village, in the countryside, right next to our farm, a house that can accommodate 4 adults or 1 couple and 3 children.
Our village is located very close to the D948, the Niort-Limoges axis, in the heart of Poitou-Charentes and we are 10km from the nearest shops, especially those of Melle.
The house consists of a kitchen-living room with ceramic gas stove, microwave, mini-oven, TV, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...
The master bedroom consists of a bed of 140, a large wardrobe and two Voltaire armchairs. There is the possibility of accommodating a cot for babies (provided on request).
The second bedroom consists of a bed of 120 and a bed of 90, suitable for a couple, or 2-3 children.
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
As far as bedding is concerned, all mattresses have a mattress pad, as do pillows. Each bed is covered with a duvet, and blankets are available.
Sheets and towels are not provided.
The toilet is separate.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, as well as a sink with storage, hairdryer and heated towel rail.
There is a washing machine, a drying rack and a vacuum cleaner available.
You also benefit from, adjoining the house, a large storage room with storage, to store bicycles or others.
If necessary, we also have childcare equipment (cot, high chair, baby bouncer, booster seat, bathtub) only on request.
The exterior consists of a small courtyard with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and a garage for your vehicle.
Non-smoking house and pets not allowed.
A deposit check will be required.
Reservation for a minimum of two nights. Price per night: 50€
All charges are included in the rental price, i.e. water and electricity.

In the field next door, you can see our cows grazing, and enjoy hearing the birds sing and the tractors rolling... real life in the countryside! You will also have the opportunity to eat fresh eggs, from our chickens. To recharge your batteries as close as possible to nature.
