Rural family retreat - heated pool & kid friendly
Gîte with a relaxing country spirit, in a hamlet in the Gers, 50 min from Toulouse and 20 min from Auch, which can accommodate 15 people in 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A paradise for families and children with a slide, a swing, a "tree" house and a private heated swimming pool secured by an alarm. But also a petanque area, a bbq area, a pool house, ping-pong table... The gîte comprises 2 adjoining buildings separated by a Zen patio, on a private plot of 2000m2. An ideal resting place for large families and groups of friends.
THE HOUSE
The gîte, located in a hamlet of 2 houses, is surrounded by fields and enjoys a very pleasant calm. The entrance is independent, and there is a common outside plug for electric cars. The central patio, designed as a "zen space" perfect for relaxation, is located between the two buildings making up the gîte. A swimming pool of 9mx4m x 1.5m deep with a large underwater deck, a corner staircase and an anti-fall shutter is available for your enjoyment. It can be heated from the moment it opens in April, at no extra cost, and allows the water temperature to be 10° higher than the air temperature.
There is also a large terrace with sun loungers, summer kitchen, barbecue and outdoor toilet, a 15m x 4m petanque court, a children's play area with slide, swing and a "living" willow tree house. A table tennis table and various other games are also available for entertainment. Please note that the land is not enclosed, and there are neighbours about 10 metres away, so please respect them by limiting any disturbance.
The main building is a fully renovated former stable with 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms with WC, including a spacious 27m2 bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms of 23m2 on the first floor.
There are 3 further bedrooms on the upper floor of the annex - the secondary building - which is accessible by an external staircase. They share 2 bathrooms with separate toilet.

MAIN BUILDING
RDCH
-Colorado PMR room (2 pers), 27 m2, 2 TWIN beds (90 or 180). Private bathroom with Italian shower and separate adapted toilet.
FLOOR
-Chambre Provence (2 pers), 23m2, 1 double bed 160. Private bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
-Chambre Alpes (2 pers.), 23m2, 1 double bed 160. Private bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
SECONDARY BUILDING "Annexe
All rooms are on the first floor, accessible by the outside staircase. They share the same bathroom with shower, bidet and separate toilet.
-Room SAINT SAUVY (3 pers), 25m2, 1 double bed 160 and 1 single bed 90.
-Room AUBIET (3 pers), 27m2, 3 single beds 90.
-Chambre MAUVEZIN (3 pers), 25m2, 1 double bed 160, 1 single bed 90.
On the ground floor of the main building is also the 80m2 living room with cathedral ceiling, composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a lounge with sofa, TV and video projector. It offers direct access to the outside terrace with shaded dining area facing the pool. A laundry room with washing machine, fridge and sink, as well as an independent toilet on the ground floor complete the set.

-A large combined freezer fridge + 1 other fridge in the laundry room
-2 coffee machines (classic filter + ©Nespresso original capsules)

-Kitchenware included (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sponges, tea towels, bin liners, washing up liquid, LV tablets...)
The two buildings are side by side, about ten metres apart and separated by the patio of the "Zen space". The gîte is totally independent and guests will be able to enjoy the property in total autonomy and exclusivity, the ground floor of the annex being private and occupied by the owners some times to times. You won't see them. They have their private access and their outside private area with no overlooking. When They're here, they remain available for any question.
The gîte is very easy to access by car and parking is possible on the property for 4/5 vehicles.
Gîte Les Estarguis is open all year round. In winter, underfloor heating on the ground floor of the gite and electric radiators will ensure a comfortable stay.
Other remarks:
-Bed linen and towels are provided. Beds are made on arrival.
-The entrance to the Estarguis is independent and is via a unique code lock.
-Pets are not allowed.
-Please inform us if you want a baby bed.
-Travellers must leave their rubbish bins (selective sorting of glass, packaging, household waste: instructions on the spot) in the containers in front of the stadium, not far from the gîte, as there is no individual collection in the hamlet, and must respect the instructions for departure given in the welcome booklet
-Parties are not allowed, out of respect for the only neighbour of the hamlet ;) !
Long-term rentals (more than 28 nights) are accepted from November to March. The price includes water and electricity, as well as bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Central electric heating (heat pump) is charged 250€/month
