The host will provide a detailed inventory and supporting documents for the costs incurred to repair the damage, replace lost items or cover additional costs arising from non-compliance with the rules.

8.5 Disputes: In the event of a disagreement over deductions made from the security deposit, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action.
