the living rooms open onto a wooden terrace of +/- 52m² and the beach is +/- 230 m from the sea or +/- 2 min by feet (in sandals ...).
there is a station nearby +/- 120 m (easily accessible on foot) which is on the Nice-Saint Raphael line and possible stop at Nice Airport station
You will find nearby (on foot) trade, bakery, butcher. mini-market, fishmonger, café, (beach) restaurant pharmacy, Sunday market, etc. from the apartment, you can walk around all of its points of interest.
There is a small port in Boulouris which can allow you to initiate yourself in diving. A little further, there is the possibility of renting paddle, motorbikes, aquatic attraction etc ...(Saint Raphael-Agay etc ...)
The region is correctly represented in Golf courses (Estérel, Sainte Maxime, Valescure, Roquebrune, etc ...) there is enough activity possible to find happiness.
