The living room is furnished with a sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and features a flat screen television, with direct access leading out to both the garden and the roofed terrace. The first bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also benefits from a private exit to the garden. A sleeping alcove, situated in an open-plan area rather than an enclosed room, contains 1 set of bunk beds accommodating 2 single sleepers, each berth measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom is complemented by a separate WC. The kitchenette is fully integrated into the apartment layout and serves as a practical and well-equipped cooking space.
