The accommodation
New house from 2026, all comforts, in the process of being classified as "furnished tourist accommodation 4 stars * * * *". It can accommodate up to 6 guests.

It offers a comfortable and very bright living space of 35m2, with living room and open kitchen.
It has 3 bedrooms: 1 on the first floor with a 160x200 bed, and 2 upstairs, one of which is equipped with a 160x200 bed and the other with 2 beds of 90X200 (new bedding)
Two bathrooms with shower and double sink unit + WC.PGJyPgPGJyPg
Bed linen and towels are provided (included in the price):
fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases,
1 towels per person (140*70),
dish towels.

Traveller access
The house is located in La Cøtinière in a quiet residence. It has a private parking space as well as a small garage to store bicycles and surfboards.

You can enjoy a south-facing enclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture and plancha.

The house located 500m from the beach and at the foot of the cycle paths: you can reach the port and the shops (bakeries, butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, shops, local market...) in 5 minutes by bike.
