You can fully enjoy its private, secure pool, its hot tub, and the tranquility of the surroundings.

This bright, newly built villa features spacious rooms and includes:

First floor:
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a living room
- a separate restroom
- a large veranda with ocean views
- an outdoor bathroom equipped with a shower and sink

Upstairs:
- two double bedrooms (double beds 140 x 190)
- a bedroom with two bunk beds (4 single beds)
- a bathroom with a shower, a large corner bathtub, a toilet, and a double-sink vanity

- a large veranda with ocean views

By the pool, you can enjoy a lounge area, a dining area in the shade of a beautiful veranda, and a 3-burner gas grill.

It’s the perfect place for a relaxing vacation just a stone’s throw from the Port of St-Gilles-les-Bains and its water sports.

You can enjoy lovely evenings at the many seaside restaurants.

The Route des Tamarins is less than 5 minutes away and serves as a starting point for exploring the west, south, and north of the island.

Proof of vacation liability insurance will be required at the time of booking.

A tourist tax will be collected upon your arrival (paid to the municipality)
The rate is €1.50 per night per adult (tourist tax rate for a 4-star furnished rental)
In accordance with Article L2333-29 of the General Code of Local Authorities (CGCT), "the tourist tax is levied on individuals who are not domiciled in the municipality and who do not own a residence there that would make them liable for the housing tax."
The taxpayer pays the tourist tax to the accommodation provider, who will remit the full amount of taxes collected to the local authority on the taxpayer’s behalf.
The exemptions provided for in Article L2333-31 of the CGCT, upon presentation of supporting documentation, are:
Minors
Holders of a seasonal employment contract employed by the TCO
Individuals receiving emergency housing or temporary relocation
