It consists of 3 floors, with 3 bathrooms/showers and 3 separate toilets (on each level). 3 spacious and comfortable bedrooms (quality bedding) can accommodate 7 to 8 people. Ground floor: Kitchen open to living room, small lounge area, bathroom with WC, On the 1st floor: living room with access to the balcony, 1 master bedroom with a 160*200 bed with bathroom. WC, laundry room. On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, one with 2 90*200 beds which can be joined together as needed and a second equipped with a 140*190 bed with 2 trundle beds 90*200. An outdoor courtyard will allow you to enjoy the sun and relax on comfortable deckchairs. On arrival: towels, sheets, oil heating are included. Electricity charges will be your responsibility. At the end of the stay, cleaning must be done by the tenant or can be organized for the sum of 100 euros to be paid on site. However, smoking is prohibited inside the house.
