The house, spread over three levels, offers optimal comfort for all its guests:

First floor: Here you will find a main entrance to a covered terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining room and comfortable bedrooms.
Upper floor: An open mezzanine with access to other rooms for privacy.
Garden and lower level: A self-contained apartment for 2 people, perfect for a couple or additional guests. A laundry room is also on this floor.
Comfort and Air Conditioning:
All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring optimal comfort even on the hottest days of summer. The self-contained, well-insulated studio stays naturally cool and does not require air conditioning, providing a pleasant atmosphere all year round.

Enjoy a beautiful heated swimming pool, ideal for relaxing after a day of activities.
The spacious pool house will allow you to spend pleasant moments of relaxation in the open air.
The private land also offers you a tennis court for matches in full tranquility.

For your shopping, the town of Apt, just 5 km away, offers you its Provencal market every Saturday morning, where you can buy local products such as the famous candied fruit of Apt.
You are also close to the most beautiful sites in Provence, such as the Ochre de Roussillon, the Colorado Provençal, and the charming villages of Gordes and Oppède.

Safety and Precautions:

The pool deck and stone stairs can be slippery, so be careful.
Supervise young children: the land is partially fenced and slopes down to a river below.
Note that access to the property is via a sandy road, which may not be suitable for low vehicles.
