In Berry, the land of George Sand and a thousand ponds, 20 km from Châteauroux and the CNTS (National Shooting Center), close to the Château de Valençay, Beauval Zoo, the Brenne Regional Natural Park, and the Châteaux of the Loire Valley.

Immersed in nature and offering tranquility at the end of a path, our farmhouse awaits you for a pleasant vacation with panoramic views of the Berry countryside. This 168 m² farmhouse features a shared courtyard at the front and a private garden at the back with a large terrace and a heated swimming pool (5.30 m x 3.30 m).

On the ground floor: dining room, large living room (internet/Wi-Fi), fireplace, equipped kitchen with dining area, laundry room, bathroom (bathtub, walk-in shower, and toilet).

1st floor: one bedroom with a king-size bed (180x210 cm), one bedroom with four single beds (90x190 cm), one bedroom with one king-size bed and one double bed (140x190 cm), and a shower room/toilet.

Sheets and towels provided, beds made upon arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning included.

Electric heating (the rental price includes 8 kWh/day; excess heating will be charged at the current rate) and wood (€50 per cubic meter).
