"Clean, spacious and modern rooms. Upmarket complimentaries such as toiletries and coffee and tea. Loved the bedding and pillows embroidered soft and firm. Staff were very friendly as a final bonus."

"We had a wonderful stay for two nights. The room was very comfortable and beautifully maintained. The shower was a highlight — it felt just like a relaxing waterfall experience. A big plus for us was the EV charging facility in the parking area. Since we have an electric vehicle, being able to charge it every night without any issues made our stay even more convenient and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for comfort, amenities, and EV-friendly facilities. Would definitely stay again!...

"Best hotel we have stayed in! It ticked all the boxes. We were so happy with it! Spacious family friendly apartments, which were clean, beautifully decorated, and staff were exceptional. "the place is great just don't expect too much. great for the price and affordable for family who just want to unwind. we went down the wheeny creek with 4wd and had some kayaking or boating. some walking tracks are abit overgrown. doesn't have microwave. nonetheless, will definitely come back"

"Worst hotel Ever!! For 250 Usd you would expect a pretty decent hotel! This was far from it. Doesnt even have a restaurant!! The staff was very unwilling to help out on anything. I have never complained about hotels, but for the Price i paid and being a mercure which is not bad honestly i expected a lot more and our stay was super poor. Glad we only stayed one night"
